Booked a table to celebrate a friend's Birhday at the weekend. We ordered from the Buffet menu and was not dissapointed with the food that was brought to the table. Very nice food. The service was also very good. Will definitely go back for more!
Disappointing experience after visiting frequently! We’ve been coming here roughly once a month and have always enjoyed it, but this visit was extremely disappointing. We ordered two dishes each, yet ended up waiting over an hour for our mains. When we decided to leave, the staff said the food was “just two minutes away,” which wasn’t acceptable after such a long wait. To make matters worse, we were still charged the full set price, even though we hadn’t received the full meal. The response felt more focused on sticking to policy than showing any understanding or goodwill toward regular customers. Sadly, after this experience, I won’t be returning to dine in - wish we had of just ordered for delivery.
We went with friends midweek. We were immediately given a friendly welcome. It was explained that as it was quiet, they hadn't got the buffet set up and we could chose from a menu for each course. There was a good amount of choice for each course, if you wanted more of any dish they would bring you more out fresh, much better idea than huge portions and food going to waste. Everything came out hot. We also asked for some surprise dishes, again these were excellent. We couldn't fault the food or service. My partner has since been back with friends and we have booked for new years eve with family. Drinks are also very reasonable, which is unusual at buffets.
We visited Bamboo House in St Neots as a large family group of 14 with a mix of ages and had such a brilliant experience. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly throughout, and nothing was too much trouble. We chose the buffet option and the quality and variety of food were amazing. They were always happy to bring out extra plates or dishes if we wanted more, which made the whole meal feel really relaxed and generous. As it was a birthday celebration they went above and beyond, adding flare to the cake, giving a small gift, and really making it feel special. The service, atmosphere, and food were all fantastic. Would absolutely recommend for families, groups, or anyone wanting a warm, welcoming place with top quality food and great hospitality.
Wow this place is no-one here. The staff is amazing and kind. There not really much food because people not around. soo I don’t blame on them. One thing is my partner and I is our birthday soo they sang and the sweet little pandas gift Awww. The lady we be talk for like hours and hours she is lovely. I never forget this place and help my girl up the stairs.
What an amazing place to eat now, just been taken over and the food is fantastic. Mid week buffet @ £24.90. This has to be the best Chinese in St.Neots. I shall be returning well worth 5 stars

Very poor service. Ordered a take away for delivery at 6-15. Order confirmed at 3-30. At 7 oclock a delay of 45 mins we were told a BLIP in the order and the order had not been recieved. Actually we had confirmation. No sorry or apologise but basically cancel the order which we did.We are regular customers here but No more. Will take our business else wear
Unfortunately, not much love is put in the food.
Loved it. Not as glitzy you might say, as some others but the food was up there with more expensive places. Service and staff were really nice, smiling and welcoming.
