   We have been going to this Chinese for a while now and have always been happy with the food and service, however today when placing an order I put in the online notes (where it states to put an allergy) that there are to be no cashews. I collected the order and when I came home one of the dishes was covered in cashews. Although frustrating I understand these things happen, I phoned them up and the lady on the phone kept speaking over me and actually told me to “just pick them off” I said to her that I certainly won’t be doing that because you can die from an allergy and a replacement needs to be sent. Again throughout she kept talking over me, and I wanted to remind her again that in future she shouldn’t tell customers to pick them off because allergies can be life threatening and it’s extremely careless of her. She responded to this by laughing and saying “sorry about that”. I am not one to leave reviews and I say we have had no issues before, but if you have an allergy please phone them just to ensure they’ve looked at your note for your own safety.

   Great food, the Buffet is amazing value. The Staff were very friendly. If I had to say something slightly negative, I would suggest that the room could be a little bit warmer. All in all I would highly recommend.

   The prices were put up since i enquired about a large booking and my guests were being spoken to like children being told off and warned not to leave any food. The food was amazing apart from one dish cooked wrongly and a lot of salt on the aubergine. Service otherwise was great.

   Let's start with a compliment, the food was half decent. Had better, had worse. Now let's talk about the service, I have never ever been so rudely treated. I found a hair I'm my food and went to the reception to tell them (away from other customers). A waitress then came over straight away and accused it being my partners hair, no apology. She then came over with the hair stuck to a sticky label and said look not Chinese hair. A simple apology would have gone some way, didn't once say I wasn't paying for my food and no offer of discount was offered. Overall, a good Chinese for people who have never had a good Chinese. Average at best. Wear hair nets you scruffs

   Ordered a takeaway and was told up to 1 hour 45 minutes wait time. After 2 hours we called them and asked where our food was. A couples of minutes passed as I listened to them discuss and try and find our order. I was then told it was 'being bagged' at that moment. No apology for the wait. When the food arrived all of it was lukewarm at best. Considering I had just been told it was just being 'bagged' 10 minutes earlier, cold food means an interesting cooking style,or they lied. They either lost our order or it was made and overlooked. It was not hot fresh food. We ordered salt and chilli chips. We got chips. We ordered half crispy duck. It came without the spring onion etc. This dish alone costs £20. Terrible service that they charge a premium for and your not even guaranteed they will send you the food you ordered and payed for. Or even bother to make sure it's hot.

   I havent had food from here for quite some time. Ordered a takeaway last night. It took 2hours 35 minutes to be delivered. 2 phones call made to see where it was and no apology for the delay. Food arrived and can't say it was even warm, probably the worst I've had. My food was bland or over cooked and some bits burnt. Oriental fushion was one of my preferred places to eat but I won't be ordering or visiting again.

   Reasonably priced but nothing amazing about the food. Quite bland and chewy. Staff were friendly though!
