Lady serving with glasses. She was fairly new. Attitude was appalling. She didn't hear what I'd asked for and started pooring the wrong drinks. Charged a ridiculous price and said its my fault
Came from the states to visit my nephew here in K-Town (as he calls it!) we decided to pop into this local establishment for a drink Unfortunately a large tattooed gentleman behind the bar looked extremely stressed and unsettled - he soon scratched between his butt cheeks before serving our drinks!!without washing his hand!! Overall wouldn’t come back
Nice local pub. Very friendly staff and great mix of customers. Events at weekends such as karaoke and music.
We took our father in law here last night as he lives in Newcastle, the bar staff and DJ went out of there way to help him, he had a great night and hopes to be back soon !!!
Excellent polite and attentive staff very good prices. Toilets clean and modern. Bars the same, patrons friendly and helpfull. It is not a large pub but has a pool table and screens, plenty of, were showing snooker.

Clean and tidy and polite staff but unfortunately ruined by a neanderthal from the pool table after he approached my friend in the toilet only to be asked if he was local this was quite clearly racially motivated. So if you haven't got a union jack tattooed to your forehead I would recommend you avoid this place
