   This place is easily the best around – nothing else comes close. The closest in quality I’ve found is Ali’s Kitchen in Hastings, and even then Bursa edges it. The chilli sauce is outstanding, honestly some of the best I’ve ever had – I always ask for extra! The mixed kebab is incredible too, and even the chips are great. I don’t know how they do it, but they always arrive crisp and fresh, almost like they were cooked on the way over. One small suggestion: I really wish you sold bigger portions of the chilli sauce – I’d happily buy it by the bottle, and I know a lot of my friends would as well. I’ve noticed the prices have risen over the last couple of years – the mixed kebab used to be £11.50 and is now £18. I completely understand, especially with the cost of living crisis in 2023, but it is starting to feel a bit steep. That said, I’ll still pay it, because I know the quality I’m getting is worth it. It could be worth considering a customer loyalty or rewards program – something like stamps or points for regulars. It would be a great way to reward those who stick by you, especially in an area like Newhaven where money can be tight.

   Good food, just wish they would pay more attention to what the customer orders. Second time I have been to these guys, both times I ask for chilli peppers In my wrap... Order is read back to me AND BOTH times, not in the wrap when I get home. Literally ruins the doner wrap! Pay more attention please!!! Edit : ok, so I have to change this, they remembered my chilli's this time, gave me loads in my wrap, and gave me extra chilli's for free when I asked, even tho I offered to pay :) 5/5

   Awful !! Spent over 60 pounds. No chilli sauce, no lamb chop, no garlic sauce, no salad. Bought 4 pittas - got 3 and a wrap. Asked for extra chilli, didn't get any. When I phoned I was told no refunds given but they can gwt it all delivered to me withing 30 minutes.!! When the family had finished eating. Totally avoid this con rip off company.

   We have heard about Bursa from a couple of friends who said how good the food is, well! We ordered a chicken Shish Kabab for myself and my wife and a burger for our son. We ordered our food and paid online, the website/app was very easy to use, the food was great and arrived well with in the suggest time from the website. Our son who usually just eats and doesn’t really comment on food made a clear statement of “how amazing is this burger”, we will be going back for more.
