   Staff in here are great and v polite, they get some rude customers and delivery drivers in here but staff are always very professional. Each time I have been in my order has been fresh and quickly prepared really good.

   When they get the food right it's ok. However very slow (10 minutes wait after putting order on machine, same with deliveroo). Nowhere on my receipt does it say lettuce, no sweetcorn in my sub, and other Google reviews highlight the same problem. Didn't say anything at the risk of spending another 20 minutes there. Obviously distracted by doing 3 subs at the same time. Incredibly over priced for what it is, £16 meal deal via deliveroo, £7.99 ish for a meatball footlong. Nuts. Mill road petrol station is much cheaper.

   Recently re visited the refurbished store, it's clean and tidy and looks fresh, but! The service was awful, they have new self service counters, which goes against everything subway! I waited for 5 mins at the counter for one of the two members of staff to tell me to use the self service.. then waited another 10 minutes for the sandwich which had tomato's in! Didn't order tomatoes! If I was at the counter the error could have been easily corrected! The sandwich came badly wrapped and obviously rushed. For the £10 premium I won't go back..

   Always great service, especially from Hemanth. He takes customer service to the next level and takes pride in making sure his customers are happy. I even got a Christmas card! I don't know any other establishment like this to do that.

   So I ordered a breakfast sub, the bacon was so uncooked I almost started CPR on the poor thing, the sausage had less flavour than a piece of paper and the eggs well where do I start, I'm sure the poor guy behind the counter must have had parkinsons, he dropped 2 eggs on the floor, then proceeded to ask if the single egg he had out in my foot long sub was ok because he was struggling.

   Insisted on making me order my salad before toasting my sandwich in the oven. Said it's how it was done here... I found that bizarre considering I was in a restaurant where you get to customize your sandwich exactly how you want it. Not to mention, putting a salad in an oven makes it roast vegetables

   I bought a ham 6" in a hearty Italian, filled it with fresh, crispy salad and they toasted it! Second time this has happened. Who the hell toasts salad! Really unhappy.
