   OMG just had the best fish and chips that I have probably ever had!!! The batter was incredibly crispy and light, the cod and the haddock was so fresh and meaty! The chips were superb crispy and light!! I cannot rate the food highly enough!! Staff friendly and food was cooked fresh!

   Love this place, but after closing for a few of the school holidays they've returned with a few problems. The fish is still amazing, but everything with batter is literally awash with the stuff and the quality of chips have taken a dip... ...and to top it all off, their website's busted and they now only take cash in store. They said it was a temporary measure, and they made it so I could pay digitally, but it's so sad to see such a drastic fall from grace. NB; happy to update my review once the quality improves!

   Had a takeaway from here a few nights ago, staff were very friendly and answered all questions with a smile. I had a large cod and chips and the fish was well cooked and the batter was crispy and not at all soggy or greasy, my wife had the cod nuggets, which were large chunks of fresh fish in the same crispy batter. Great fish and chips, I would highly recommend!

   A work colleague who lives in Seaford said this is the best place to go to...... The kabab was perfect, spicy wings brilliant.. Our other work colleague said the burger was amazing. But both of us said the chips were great... Would defo go again but wouldn't buy the chips.

   By far the best fish and chips in peacehaven! the chips are beautifully crispy but fluffy on the inside, the fish is always perfectly battered and crisp, the saveloys are always hot and tasty and the mars in batters are always the perfect treat for afters! will never go anywhere else for our fish and chips!!!

   i cannot choose Ramsbottoms Fish & Chips in Hove or The Hook Fish in Peacehaven is the best. Both is top quality, nice white fish branded perfectly. feel good after you eat it, that also important. The Hook Fish good for that too.

   New management, still tastes good, just a shame the portion sizes have decreased. Large cod with large chips.. seems more like medium sized... Quite expensive for what you get.
