This is so unassuming but the women who work here are just lovely. Genuinely friendly and kind they make a quick stop feel quite special!
Good sandwich bar . nicely presented salad and produce very fresh.
we called in today and got a prawn and seafood sauce baguette with salad and a tuna mayonnaise baguette with salad both were lovely and made as we waited. We also tried a piece of their Cherry Bakewell flapjack which was excellent. We got such a lovely welcome when we walked in and very good service. All came to £10.38 with two small bottles of water.
Staff are always happy to see you and very welcoming. Great choice of bakery products with some lovely sweet things as well as locally baked bread which is lovely and fresh and tastes great! Choice of coffes and other hot and cold beragges to choose from. They don't bust the budget and I really feel it is value for money. A little gem!!!
We just happened to stumble across this place hungry and ended up spending nearly £20 on a bag of cakes to take home! Beautiful, fresh bread, cakes, pastries, and tray bakes. Friendly, attentive service. Reasonable prices. I'd weigh 30 stone if I lived too close.
Lovely friendly staff, in a basic but perfectly adequate sandwich shop, with good, freshly prepared food at very reasonable prices. Very good value and more than equals the offering of some places which charge twice as much for the same thing.
Bakeries like this are so rare these days. Proper cakes, fresh bread and everything we had was delicious. Will definitely be back.
A great little cafe and bakery. Newhaven has suffered for years due to under investment but this place a little gem. The girls are lovely, both polite and cheerful. These are tough times and probably tougher in Newhaven but I wish them well.
Excellent. Ideally located. Enjoyed their festive: turkey, cranberry, ham & stuffing slice + hot drink. Nice seating outside & inside. Will return to try their baguettes very soon.
