   Staff Will be friendly and polite to other customers but saw a brown skin girl (myself) and quickly there was no eye contact no smile no greet, this was by a curly brown haired old lady. I’ve noticed this other times I’ve come in too. Not all staff. But as a whole they aren’t very friendly or bothered to help. Very amusing you’ve got this type of staff in the 21st century - co op in Florence.

   Outraged! I am writing to express my disappointment and frustration with The Coop's customer service. During my recent visit to your store, I had an encounter with one of your employees that was completely unacceptable. As an 11-year-old boy, I expect to be treated with respect and kindness when I visit a store. However, during my visit, a blonde girl behind the counter called Chloe began shouting at me and using profanity, despite the fact that I had done nothing wrong. Her behavior was completely unprofessional and inappropriate. I was shocked and upset by her behavior, which left me feeling humiliated and embarrassed. As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism, and the behavior of Chloe was completely unacceptable. I believe that this employee should be fired, as her actions were not only unprofessional but also harmful to young children like me. I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action to ensure that your customers are treated with respect and professionalism in the future.    Huge range in such a small store ( Co-op Blurton could learn a thing or two ). Self serve tills actually work most of the time. Don't even think about trying to park around school o'clock.

   I was shocked at the way one of the staff spoke to a customer here, the guy actually lost it she was so rude he told her where go, I would of done the same if i was spoken to like that, where do people get of thinking it ok to speak to people like that, rude I will not be shopping here if I can help it (small giner/brown haired women) very rude
