   For some reason they moved the shopping baskets about as far away from the entrance as they could possibly get them, which means you have to walk to the other end of the shop to get a basket then walk all the way back to start your shop, pointless meddling please put them back near the entrance. Also there is always a strong smell of rotten food, not sure where its coming from because the shop itself seems clean so I am wondering what its like in the back rooms. Otherwise its perfectly adequate.

   Don’t go in on a Monday morning unless you want to be ignored, customer service is none existence, expect to stand at the counter until the assistant has finished what she’s doing, the customer comes second or even third.

   Useful for me locally as it saves me going to the big supermarkets. When there is a queue of shoppers at the till they always ask if anyone wants to use the self service. To the staff:- Let me help you with so many people won’t do so. You never have any bags on the machines to pack shopping in. EVER. Yet you shake your heads in disbelief and can’t understand why people want the real till purely for this reason. You work it out.

   A perfectly good branch of Co-op, I just wish they'd pay more attention to the self-service tills, you can be waiting a while and although it's rude to shout out to them sometimes it's the only option!!
