   A woman with short hair and glasses on the self service tills had no customer service skills whatsoever. I was refused an energy drink with ID, she then interrupted me mid-sentence. Not sure what type of entitled staff Tesco are hiring, seeing as she chased me down after going to a different till.

   Store is fine generally, there are just never any trolleys at the front of the store!! Been having the same issue for months (I usually shop first thing on a Sunday morning), where I have to walk all around the car park to try and find a small trolley. Don't mind as a one off, but every week is taking the mickey now!!!

   I'm 35, have ID, but was still refused service for alcohol as my partner didn't have her purse containing her ID! We spent hours Christmas shopping and queuing in your Stoke on Trent, Hanley store, yet were rudely and embarrassingly refused service as my partner didn't have her purse with her! Your staff called multiple further staff over and created an embarrassing scene in front of a hugely busy store! The alcohol was a gift for my dad for Christmas, and despite presenting my ID, your rude and belittling staff still refused us service solely because my partner didn't have her purse!! Where on earth has common sense gone? I'm 35, presented ID for my purchase of alcohol, and was rudely and embarrassingly refused! Your manager Milly was called over and made an already horrendous experience even worse. Never have we felt so embarrassed and confused in any store, let alone a store of your stature! I have always shopped and purchased fuel from tesco, but this will be the last time!

   Visited this store day. Got the last available small trolley. Oh dear it was. Terrible. I asked a member of staff. If they could find me a better trolley Non problem. He said (Dain). Less than a minute later he returned with a much better trolley. Thank. You young man. Then he. Even helped me find a specific type. Of thermos flask. Good work Well done . Excellent service today. He helped me search the wine shelves for one particular wine. Not easy there are so many. But eventually we found it. Thank you so much Josh. You were extremely helpful. I appreciate it. The store was full of great produce. Fantastic fresh range. Incredible breads too. Well done tesco. I’ll definitely be back ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

   A large store, a very large assortment, there are often discounts on ClubPrice. There are a lot of people and sort out products and queues at the checkout, but rarely. You can buy cigarettes, there is a toilet. As well as a large parking lot, a convenient store.

   It has I good range of Christmas stock and Christmas clothes. It also has a cafe deli and wheelchair access. Staff are friendly and helpful. It is good your weekly shopping and easy to get in and out of the car park.
