   I always eat here because it’s relatively cheaper than other places and convenient for going to after or between classes. It can be a little noisy during peak hours but in general you can get very good deals. I recommend the burritos! Also had a wonderful Christmas dinner here once. You can request to have songs put in the queue which I simply love. The food is not the best but very good for value especially for university students. You can sit for a long time and when it’s more quiet it’s also a nice study spot.

   First time getting something that wasn’t the £2 meal today. Had their veggie roast in a box. The potatoes were so crispy. The goats cheese and onion tart really tasty and for £6.95 this was so much food! Quick and friendly service too. Will be back for sure.

   It taste so bad and tasteless, the worst burrito I had ever had. Th price is cheap but the food still doesn’t deserve the money. The only thing I want to put in my mouth is water.

   awful. small portions, overpriced , bad deals and unhelpful staff. supposedly a £2 subsidy from the uni meal but this is only avaible on 2 dishes , fair enough but it should be clear which these dishes are and made aware when selecting the wrong dish. very disorganised, asked to change my meal as no way would i pay £5 for a sauags roll and sad looking chips the food itself is awful, thought it got a chicken curry but had no meat , tinest bit of rice, not even worth £2. breaks was even worse, most peppery eggs and bready sausages. awful and not what i expect at sussex, the student run placed on campus are much nicer

   Terrible customer service from the staff at Tortilla. The lady wasn’t capable to even say the each topic options. I’m very disappointed about how the establishment choose their workers.

   I don’t wanna talk about this stuff they call food! The driest chicken anyone could imagine all day chips or extremely spicy pasta. I’d recommend a burrito but in my case I couldn’t eat burritos every day for 3 weeks! So please do NOT go to this place whether for lunch nor for dinner! Breakfast is ok, at least it get full. In general the staff is nice and calm but some of the workers get annoyed and aggressive quite fast, furthermore they tend to ignore you when you’re queuing thus you have to leave your ‘food’ and contact them directly! So overall nothing you’d like to experience! Furthermore a friend of mine got sick from their disgusting spicy pasta!! Don’t eat it!
