   In recent times, even when going in person to place an order, they haven’t respected what was requested. It’s frustrating to end up paying for something you didn’t order. There’s a clear lack of attention and professionalism in their service. As frequent customers, this has happened to us more than once. On this occasion, the order was taken by a young woman, and when we asked the man if the order was correct, he said yes — but it wasn’t true. I won’t be ordering from this place again.

   Ordered a home delivery from Saffrons and food is quite frankly superb. The Dhansak is one of the best I’ve had. I know it’s sad but if you save some and have a day later it is to die for! Really really impressed. For the second time within the order they popped in a free rice, which is so easy to do but a really nice ( unexpected) touch. Also on our second order free popadoms arrived with a free mint sauce. Love it when a restaurant/ take away does it so first class. Definitely loyal fans here, during our long stay in Brighton. 5 stars all round!

   We were delighted to discover that Saffrons was under new management! We tried their curry for the first time and it was absolutely fantastic – the best curry I’ve had in Brighton! It was piping hot, cooked fresh, and served with a lovely, creamy, thick sauce. The chicken was spot on (I’m quite fussy with meat), and I highly recommend Saffrons. All they need is an upgrade on the sign outside, as it looks a bit run down.

   Ordered a so called curry from here last night what a disaster had family round and this place was a wrong move no curry sauce more like tomato sauce everything was bland tikka had not been marinated just a slope of some kind of flavouring before cooking one of the family had 2 mouthfuls and threw it in the bin never to use this place again

   Awful, the chicken tasted like ruber and the rice was bland. Make sure not to order from them every week because then they will start taking advantage.
