   There's a stubby short old woman who usually works evenings at the self-checkout. She's incredibly rude and has denied me purchasing an energy drink twice now, each time after a long shift at work simply because I didn't have my ID. I'm 30 years old and look my age too. Don't think I'll be coming here anymore.

   Shop its self is ok but who ever was the janitor on the 19th of november 2025 should be sacked went to use the male toilet it was a bomb site no toilot paper urine and the toilot seets someone befor me cause it looked loke they not been checked once today at 3.30pm someone used a tshirt and left it by the toilot to whip the ass so ya the janitors need a talking to that is not hyginic or actseptable.

   Tesco Extra is one of the main supermarkets that stock a full range of items from food, technology products such as TVs, home smart technology and mobile phones. You can order online for collection and home deliveries. There is cashier operated check outs and self service check outs. There is a very large car park for customer use. This store also as a petrol station with competive prices. Cash point on site at this store but also pay by card service at both the store and petrol station

   My day has been eventful to say the least, Time was running out to collect my order so I called the Longton tesco extra letting them know I was delayed. Upon arrival the click and collect system was being a bit intermittent. I went inside and a young lady named Nicole came to my rescue, she was very helpful and went above and beyond to help me back on track. Nicole had to go into the store to replace shower gel that had burst in the collection baskets. She was very polite, and well mannered as well as having very good confidence with her customer relations service. I don't know what tesco do with their staff appraisals but she needs an employee of the month award. Thank you Nicole.....

   Fairly large shop, great range of products. When I was in the shop it was very smelly and closed much earlier than it should have. Large car park, good staff, even has a cafe.

   Over the last several months, the store has been shocking. Loads of empty shelves, I can't get the things I normally would, because there's nothing there, it's like they don't have enough staff to restock shelves. However, I am happy with the free from section, thankyou.

   I had a really bad experience with Longton store this week. My husband asked me to get the lottery tickets with certain numbers. I filled the card, but lady what served me was not bothered to put all right numbers and put some different ones. So, we lost our winning. Got really upset. If workers can't see the difference between 4 and 14, how they can work there? Or it was just a lack of responsibility?

   Unlike Hanley, scooters usually charged or on charge and when, rarely, they are out of order they get fixed in a short space of time. In the one occasion that I needed one and there wasn't one available, I was offered a member of the team to push me in a manual chair. Excellent customer service.
