I have to add that I popped to Sainsbury's to visit and collect an order from Argos. The lady that served me was extremely kind and delivered excellent customer service. I was impressed with her use of the Ipad even though she struggled to find the batteries needed for the sewing machine. However, she was prepared to go in store to accommodate my needs. Thank you for your good service it was efficient effective and appreciated. Apologies I don't recall her name.

Cant fault the store, had everything you need there. Good seasonal range to choose from (visited at Christmas) and also good sized clothes, home and toy section

Very overpriced. Choice of products is poor. Frozen area is very poor. Badly designed. Used to be good when it first opened, but now theyβve got rid of the cafe, patisserie area, hot food counter etc itβs poor. What are they doing with the cafe area now itβs no longer there? Storing rubbish properly. Iβve heard lots of people say that the Leek store is way better.

Quite a small shop, as for this brand. But the assortment is ok, I would like more, like everywhere else. Large very large car park, there is even a covered section. There are self-service checkouts. The toilet is a bit dirty and smelly.

My wife and I shop at Sainsbury Biddulph weekly and I find the staff to be extremely polite and helpful. On the whole the shelves are well stocked.

Worst "supermarket" I've ever been to. Prices are extortionate, and the choice is dismal. All of the aisles are all over the place so you spend most of your time wandering around aimlessly, and if you need help then you won't get it because most of the staff are having a natter on the checkouts. The new aldi is a blessing and will hopefully see this rubbish chain go under

Shopped here for the first time in 6 months as I had a money off voucher. This Sainsburyβs is more like a local branch, restricted choices throughout. They donβt stock Cheshire cheese, poor vegetable selection; no Savoy cabbage.Noticeable gaps everywhere and no facing up of product. Many years ago Sainsburyβs prided itself on its extensive own label range, alas no more. The biscuit selection was tiny,no own brand fruit and nut milk chocolate either. Coupled with the ridiculously high prices(Β£5 Bisto Best gravy granules?) I certainly wonβt be returning.Hardly any manned check outs either.May as well shop at M&S.

Really good store with large variety including clothing. Only negative is the lack of staffed checkouts and a faulty heating system in Winter!

Wow! What can I say. Finally a supermarket always stocked up with everything. It looks like no one has even touched any products. The staff are very pleasant. Also very clean. Toilets on both levels which is a winner! Also very clean and fresh. I will definitely be coming here again soonβ¦
