Received our food was cold. everything was overcooked and burnt like it had been forgotten about we rung the shop and all they could say was right okay then they ended the call. absolutely terrible customer service and horrible food will not be ordering again.
I used to love this place, as a vegetarian they have lots of options. But now for the SECOND time in a row they've given me a meat pancake roll instead of a vegetable one, even though we specified several times its for a vegetarian, and they even wrote on the bag. The only thing they offered to do was send a vegetable roll to our house, no refund or compensation of any kind. Luckily I checked this time but last time I ate it without checking as I shouldn't have to and i felt so ill. *****EDIT****they sent a replacement that also had meat in it. This place is awful. Do not go here.
Seriously disappointed, I have used them for a longtime. it took over over 45 mins for the food to actually arrive once it left the shop. So spring rolls and chicken balls where all soggy and horrid. The food was luke warm. I will never use them again
I see the mixed reviews but I can tell you the food here has really improved. We had satay chicken (really good sauce) salt & pepper ribs ( my wife's favourite, the veg and meat mix ... awesome) and quarter crispy duck , honestly today's was something else.. so happy I decided to leave this review.
I really appreciated how the staff went out of their way to cater to my vegan dietary requirements :) I got a big portion of mushroom rice and Malaysian satay tofu with veg. Super filling and I have some leftover!
Food was horrible worst Chinese food iv ever had, ordered was wrong and couldn’t eat more then a few bites of what we got. chucked in bin won’t use again
Have used this place for about 16 years never had a bad meal food always hot polite and friendly staff the young lady that take the telephone order's is brilliant
My favourite take away by a mile! Prices are a little on the high side but I definitely feel I get the quality of food & portion size to match it. best chips & best Chinese around!
Nice friendly and very helpful staff. Large Cod was lovely, chips were generally good 4/5 chips had black eyes but the rest where very nice. None! to small and frazzled up and not nice to eat like some other chippies so a big thumbs up from me. I would definaterly eat from here again and recommend.
Really very nice takeaway. Made with decent ingredients. Veg doesn't feel rubbery, like some, and there is a really good selection of dishes, all cooked to perfection / tasting great. Special fried rice had almost as much meat and gravy as rice and the hunan chicken is a blinder!
