   Food has gone down hill in my opinion. The tofu with satay was awful. So hard, i couldn't eat it, very bland with a tiny bit of satay. I had to ask for some satay sauce. Couldn't eat more than three pieces. Worst I've ever had. Spare ribs were mostly fat. £13 odd for a Pina colada. I didn't eat much. We asked (I used to cringe at this, but now I really don't care) if I could take the duck home, I wanted to give it to Mr dog. They refused. But what really left a sour taste in my mouth is the waiter telling me the manager was in the office and he'd ask him, when he had to come to the table and then said he'd ask him again after he came back for us to pay the bill. I knew he had refused and wanted the bill paying before they told me I couldn't. Which was a bigger insult than the food. Lunchtime on a Saturday and the place wasn't busy. Tells you all you need to know. I'd rather just allow my customer take a handful of duck home than refuse after they'd paid £80 for 2 people. We were told that we'd have to pay for it if we wanted to take it. Won't be returning. Much better places nearby.

   My favourite place! Fast and very attentive service. Priced slightly on the higher side in my opinion, but you do get what you pay for in terms of food quality. Food is cooked fresh. Staff and owner are extremely friendly. Nice to have the owner’s presence in the restaurant. Only improvement / request is adding mini spring rolls and salt and pepper chips to the menu!

   We had a first table booking and travelled the long way to try. So very impressed with the amount and quality of the starters. Salt pepper ribs and soft shell crab. Firstly the soft shell crab was huge. But both dishes were very tasty. The best quality salt pepper ribs I’ve had. We ordered crispy lamb and pork belly and special fried rice. I think the price was ok for the main dishes. However the rice was unseasoned the lamb like bullets and the pork belly bland. Huge let down in main courses. We were glad we did the first table discount. It a shame we live so far away not to be able to carry on trying their starters. Overall disappointing.

   The All You Can Eat Buffet is simply sensational. I have been eating at Dannys for years and it is so very consistent; Awesome value, staff attentiveness second-to-none, food freshly cooked to order and unrivalled quality. You will be made to feel welcome and not rushed, just 1 more reason that this is the best Chinese for many miles

   Danny's is by far the best Chinese in Brighton. Been ordering from here for years and I have always been satisfied, absolutely no complaints on my end. Great value for money, caters for vegans and vegetarians, absolutely quality service all around, if you are thinking of ordering from here or dining in, do not hesitate! You will not be disappointed.

   Really good! We had a lovely meal here. We were a party of five, all vegetarian. There was a big selection of vegetarian food, lots of tofu dishes, loads of vegetable dishes and rice and noodley things. They have nice soups too. The food comes out lightening fast and is super fresh and hot. You can order as much and as often as you like. Just make sure you eat it all. Recommended.
