   The food was pretty good however the squid I ordered had only 4 pieces in the whole box. After I noticed I politely called and explained the situation. I was just met with denial. Unfortunately this is not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here :/

   I ordered through deliveroo. Food arrived hot, however the soup tasted like it had a sugary drink in it like a fruit juice. The fried products, chicken balls, prawn toast and spring rolls tasted foul. The oil used was clearly very old, food tasted bitter and smell horrific, it was inedible. As for the mains, chicken chow mein and mixed black pepper sauce. The chicken in the mein was clearly old chewy chicken, worried me to eat it and the mixed black pepper sauce was the only thing I ate part of. So all in cost me £50 and it all went in the bin. I'd never buy from them again i would be wary about believing reviews on these providers giving five stars. It's clearly fabricated. No excuse for this kind of food in 2025. Shame I cant get my money back.

   Food was ordered for delivery in 35-55 minutes. After 1 hour showed as being on route. Chased after 80 minutes. No response, so waited another 20 minutes before contacting Just Eat to say it hadn't been delivered and went to bed. Found dumped on the drive the next morning in the rain, not even next to the door. Foxes had ripped open the bag, but not touched the food. Had been delivered over two hours after order. It is disappointing as Tiger Lounge food is great and usually delivered early. I appreciate they may have been caught out by many orders in a short time, or maybe they just missed out order and prepared it when I chased, but there was no communication.

   Very very disappointed. We used to get food here regularly + it was perfect. Today the chicken was dry, only half a pot of watery lemon sauce + special rice was just boiled rice with a few bits of chicken thrown in. I used to love their special fried rice - full of meats, peas etc almost a meal in itself. Service excellent just a shame about the food. Wont be using again + cannot recommend to anyone else unless they up their game. Sorry.

   Replace the word chrispy on there menu with the word soggy and it would be more appropriate. Very overpriced for the quality. The bin enjoyed it though. I did eat some rice but felt ill after like it was old oil or something what a waste of money :(

   After Uber Eats absolutely robbed us of £70, saying that they’d delivered when they hadn’t..these guys were absolute diamonds, looked after us and had the best food…. If you’re going to order go straight to them, amazing service and great food xxx
