Thank you to Nando’s for our office takeaway was a big order nearly £200 and they made it within the time frame requested. Great service all round many dips were given as well.
Cian made the experience more than just dinning on a midweek afternoon. Exceptional service going above and beyond for all customers. Friendly, polite and extremely attentive. You need more of him!
Awful customer service. Who’s the manager here? This is by far the slowest Nando’s I’ve ever been to. Half the restaurant was empty, yet there was no proper system to get people seated quickly. Tables were left uncleared and the whole place felt chaotic. I’ve never been to a Nando’s run this poorly – it shouldn’t be that hard to clear tables and seat customers efficiently.
Excellent food, very pleasant atmosphere, fair price. But the great difference of the place is the manager, Mr. Anatálio, a very polite, kind and smiling Venezuelan. Highly recommended.

Not even worth 1 star but had to to write a post. Unbelievably rude staff, can't get an order right. Spent well over the odds and not even offered a replacement or given or sorry for missing items! Food was cold and looked like it was made by child. Would avoid at all costs. Have two disability people living in the house that can't even get out the house. Phone put down on me when talking to staff. Shocking customer service. I'm not one to complain but this has outraged me after spending more than £70 with them. And will taking matters further.
Unexpectedly delicious!! The vegan burger was really really good, I totally recommend it. My husband had the chicken pitta with halloumi, which was also great. Superb service, the staff was very nice and attentive. Good find!
I’ve been here a few times, always received good service and food to the usual standard you’d expect from a Nando’s. It’s a good location with a large car park that can be busy at weekends but you’ll usually find a spot. During the week it can be very empty. Took my boy who is 3, the Nando’s menu is perfect for his age. If you have the apple or strawberry drink just be aware each bottle does around 2 glasses, you’ll need to go over to the water machine!
