Food is decent if you fancy waiting over 90 minutes for it… we arrived at 6:45 and left at 9:40. Went in to the restaurant, not informed of any issues and sat down and ordered. Ended up waiting for food for just over 90 minutes, no explanation or apology from the two waiters, every single table in the restaurant were obviously annoyed too. Halfway through the wait we were handed a bowl of 12 olives for our table of 6. Not got an issue with a wait for food at all, I have previously worked in restaurants. But to not be warned or apologised to is ridiculous! Paid full bill with service, and got a “sorry for the wait” after we did so. Just casts a shadow on what could have been a nice evening.
Cosy place, nice vibes, lovely atmosphere, food is exquisite and decorated as a work of art, nice and delicious dishes and very beautiful to look at. Richard is very helpful, polite and smiling. We come from London to go straight at this amazing restaurant here in Brighton
Amazing delicious food, massive starters, really good value, abs super lovely staff who were really into the Christmas spirit and made our Xmas lunch really good fun. I'll definitely be going back.
Best pizza's in town a must try very authentic Italian pizza had a delivery from uber is amazing real dough not this pancake rubbish from the others around this place is serving the real deal
We visited in a Friday night, for a family birthday celebration Immediately on arrival we were warmly greeted and given a prime seat in the window With school age children, we always want to make sure there is something which they will enjoy eating and we actually pleased to see there was no separate children’s menu. Our children really enjoyed the food and were keen to try other people’s dishes. The specials were a particular highlight, with the lamb shanks coming highly recommended The general atmosphere in the restaurant was friendly, warm and inviting We will definitely be visiting again and would highly recommend it for a visit

Wonderful service from Richard and the staff, with really nice food too. Very reasonable prices considering the quality of food and care given to their customers. I have a nut allergy and they made me feel comfortable and confident with the food preparation. Would recommend!
Went for the first time and such a lovely bunch of people. Asked our group who was the lead booker and thanked us for booking and coming which was a lovely touch. We started with drinks Inc cocktails and they were all delicious. The food was incredible, we tried the mussels , fried fish and for mains some gnocchi for mains and the special pork schnitzel and pizza and everything was fresh and flavoursome. We had a wonderful evening with a lovely atmosphere. Would recommend and will be back.
Great food, great wine, great service and great value for value for money. I can't believe this week was my first visit after living in Hove for 15 years! I have already been twice this week. And they are dog friendly too!
