Order your food half hour before you actually want it! Ordered for a specific time when NO other orders had come in or had tickets up for and they started cooking our food when we walked in. Got our food 20 mins after our pre ordered time and nearly missed our train! Food is average DD
We have used the Kebab Hut for several years, and in the past, have been happy with the food they provided. The last year or so the food has totally gone downhill to the extent that tonight we returned our food and requested a refund. You may not be able to work it out from the pictures, but one of these is a margarita and the other a Chicago town pizza. Needless to say we are finished ordering food from here. There are plenty of other takeaways who offer good service and quality food. For some reason the restaurant don’t acknowledge the feedback comments they are getting and always put the same generic reply.
This place has gone downhill. Paid £26 for two kebabs and 6 wings. I didn’t even get the wings they weren’t in the bag. After a 20 minute wait for the food I couldn’t be bothered to go back. Kebabs were tiny. I will not be returning.
Said half hr on collection, ended up being nearly an hour, chicken wasn’t cooked properly and food very greasy, shame really as the old owners were great last time I go there!!! And also didn’t get my discount they offer
Warning!!!...offer on menu if placing order for over £30 and for collection states free 9" garlic bread. Pizzas order over £30 so didn't order garlic bread as according to offer its free with every order over this amount. It is highlighted in a bright yellow star so really obvious but unfortunately not honoured and staff very unhelpful when asked where it was. Given option to wait while he made it, then told we should have asked for it...errr it's your offer on your menu just supply it! Didn't wait because didn't want cold pizza, no apology and customer service poor.
Have you ever wondered what a minty Garlic bread tastes like? If so, I would highly recommend ordering the cheesy garlic bread from Kebab Hut - Wroxham Bridge. Jokes aside - the pizza I ordered from here was sufficient - greasy - loaded with cheese and meat. It was large enough - able to feed 2 adults without wanting more. The cheesy garlic bread did have an odd taste which our party agreed was fairly minty. Not bad - but typical kebab shop service. Menu on photo is from July 2022
Popped in at 10 past 10, it said 11pm close. There was no kebab, wouldn't cook chips, I stated that the menu and sign on door said its open til 11pm and he replied "yes and it's almost closed" but as I said that was at 10.10pm only thing they would offer was pizza, as we hadn't eaten as struggled to Moor up on the broads that day pizza was our only option. Sadly this was undercooked and dripping in grease so couldn't eat it. Complete waste of time and money, and rude staff. And judging by other reviews I'd suggest avoiding this place.
