Awful awful. Never again. Chicken Tikka was so hard and dried couldn’t even cut with a knife. Absolutely shocking food. Our dog refused to eat the chicken Tikka.
WORST TAKEAWAY IVE EVER HAD. People who love Indian food need to avoid this place, I can’t even give it one star it really was terrible, I felt ripped off with the food I was given.
I placed an order on their website which is managed by Food Hub and my money was taken. I went to collect my food and was told that they didn’t have my order and couldn’t do anything about the money. The guy then walked off and carried on cooking. I had to go through food hub who then phoned them to get a refund. Something isn’t right with this place, I’m really dubious and the website that they advertise in the store doesn’t exist. I was going to let the 2 star hygiene rating go but with this as well genuinely avoid at all costs and go across the road.
Food arrived hours after ordering and is cold. My advice is not to take on orders you clearly cant deliver on busy nights. Know when your to busy so you only deliver excellent service rather than going for the most money and delivering poor quality hours later.. you have just lost 3 customers through this! There is huge competition out there..how silly
Ordered using their website.. had text message stating that I had received a refund. Thought that they had possibly overcharged me so waited over the stated 45 minutes for the food. Phoned them and was told that they wouldn’t be delivering as they had only one driver. I asked why the text didn’t explain and was told it was automatically generated. I have an account with them so they have my phone number and it would have taken one minute to let me know. Good food - lousy service. Will not be back.
We have been visiting the area regularly since 2009 for mountain biking. Every trip we make sure to have a meal from here. The quality, quantity and price is fantastic. For a group of up to 13 people we have never paid more than £100, and have never had a disappointing meal. Highly recommended.
