   After waiting 1 hour and 34 minutes for our order to be delivered it arrived not only cold but incomplete. The delivery driver ignored our attempts to flag him down and when we called the restaurant we were spoken to rudely and no apology or attempt to rectify the mistake was made. Needless to say this is the last time we will purchase from this business.

   We have been going to Zafran now for a few years, I can honestly say it's the best Indian we have had it's consistently good with good potions and lots of meat. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Keep doing what you are doing it's excellent, truly is a 5/5 plus more for us.

   First time experience based on recommendations. Absolutely superb. We are curry lovers a s this is the best we have had in years. Big portions, generous meat quantity and beautiful Rich sauce in each dish. Will definitely come back.

   I have been going to Zafran in Cimla for around 2 years, me and my partner first tried it when we moved to Cimla and we ordered the loaded chips which are phenomenal, the next time we then asked if they could put a naan bread under the chips and they created the ‘’mega loaded’ which is something we love, if you haven’t tried it then TRY IT NOW. Absolutely amazing food, have never been disappointed, always amazing quality. We have now moved to Port Talbot and still make the trip there just because you can’t get an Indian as good as Zafran. Staff are so lovely and you definitely will not be disappointed with what you receive. 5*****

   After previously ordering from here before ordered for delivery and were told that prices were different and more expensive, when order came was missing items and then when rang back was told I hadn't ordered them, but had been charged for it very unhappy won't be ordering from here again seems to be recurring theme.

   Quick delivery.polite delivery man. Ordered two different meals and they both lacked flavour. We both had a keenan and we were both disappointed!☹️.We tried to give it a one star BUT tried clicking on the 1 star online but wouldn't let us do it!! Online it went straight to a 3 star . ....!! Definitely won't be ordering another meal again!
