After many years of being a customer, I am REALLY REALLY HURT & TOTALLY DISGUSTED THAT THE OWNER REFUSED TO SELL ME 3 SLICES OF CUCUMBER!!! I WAS OFFERED TO BUY A SALAD BUT, I REALLY HATE FOOD WASTE. I HAVE REFUSED TO ATTEND THE SHOP EVER AGAIN.
Me and my partner had kebab meat and chips and we have both been very very ill stomach cramps and diarrhea.. the owner is rude and has añ attitude problem i would avoid with all costs
Chips greasy and undercooked, battered cod was okay, the batter tasted weird. This was a random walk in order on Sat 22/11/2025 I will not be ordering again and would not recommend.
I've only ever had cod n chips delivered. No complaints very nice food !
This is by far the best chip shop in neath if not further. The portion sizes are generous to say the least. The fish is amazingly fresh and cooked to perfection cost wise it is very inexpensive compared to other places but its the cleanliness and quality that impresses me the most. Had tasty , freshly cooked fish and chips. The chips were regular portion but far too much for 2 ! Bit of a wait but were 5 people ahead of me so to be expected
Customer service absolutely appalling. The lady over the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful to me this evening. Ordered 2 meals and was told to wait an hour after waiting an hour and 20 minutes called them to ask how long and was told the driver was on the way. When the food arrived they had missed an item off my order so phoned back up and said I was missing a item the lady then said she’d send another one out I called back up to say don’t worry about it as delivery was taking so long and by the time the other one got here my food would of been freezing so when I said that she said your making me fed up now calling you just want to cause drama. How rude and disrespectful. Never ordering from here again. Disgusting
Best value in town. Extremely generous portions. Real chips, which are hard to find these days. Delivery service. Great selection.
