Lots of accessible parking and accessible entrance. Order on tablet and then table service. Lots of choice. Standard food options. Tea and coffee refills. Large Clean seating area. Staff really helpful, friendly and professional.
The store is very dirty the cafe is disgusting and dirty. Shop somewhere else it's so grubby, staff don't care about customer's this just shouts bad manger.
I can't tell if I just visited on a really bad day or if this supermarket is bad on purpose. Every aisle had spillages that had clearly been there a while. Some of the most interesting things I saw spilled in my 20 minute visit include: Cat litter, Beans, Coca Cola. The shop was lit very badly and progressively got darker and hotter as you got further towards the freezer area to the point where it was hard to see and sweaty. The music was loud and we were treated to 6+ minutes of Yoko Ono-esque experimental screeching, adding to the Dante's Inferno vibe that the store manager was clearly going for. When it finally came to pay, there were only two checkouts open, one of which had no one waiting to pay but there was a leaking rotisserie chicken sat on the belt whilst a staff member just sat at the checkout. Self checkout it was then, moving over there was a queue wrapped all the way around the self checkout area, despite the self checkout area being fairly empty - it turned out multiple checkouts were out of order with no notice, so when I pushed my trolly in - I became trapped by the moving queue behind me. At this point I almost abandoned my trolly but moved on and managed to pay (credit to the stressed out looking employee running the self checkout, he was very attentive). Upon paying, I left, put my shopping in the car and went to return the trolley to get my pound back. Upon walking to the trolley bay, I was met with ASDA trolleys!? Which are a different size and shape to the Morrisons ones so could not accept the Morrisons trolley. At this point I abandoned the trolley (and my pound) and left, bewildered, sweaty and a bit stressed out. Weird.
Wasn't very busy and there are plenty of disabled and parking spaces. Managed to buy everything i wanted. I love the fresh salad bar and its a good price. The prices in morrisons is similar to Asda. Personally you can't beat Sainsbury's.
I am not a fan of Morrison's. Can't explain why exactly. It is definitely the most expensive of the big four. Seems to be very few offers on "day-to-day" items. Place is clean and aisles are wide enough. Manning of tills could be better but all are guilty of that (especially Tesco).
Morrisons in Crewe is an probably the best grocery around north of Crewe that serves up fresh produce, pantry, and a variety of other essential items. The friendly staff makes customers feel welcome and help locate everything you might be searching for. Store is bright and clean, with amazing cafe and dry cleaning facilities. Great shop for everyday use.
As far as supermarkets go, this is average. The store is relatively clean and the prices are middle line. They used to have a good loyalty card however since the changes, this scheme is hardly worth taking part in.
Very good plus prices are very reasonable. Tablets kept clean overall very good. Unfortunately I have deducted 1 star as I wanted a coffee and both machines were shut down for cleaning when one could have been available. Car park also quite ample and plenty of room for petrol station
Just been in 05/08/20, the new look cafe looks good. Problems were, 1. Only 1 high chair. 2. A new statement says the tables are cleaned straight after each use. (They aren't). We were in the cafe for 1 hour tables were left in a disgraceful state, with staff stood about doing nothing.
