   I have been using crewe tiger bites regularly since october due to an accident and pretty much house bound til my fractured back repairs. They have delivered hot food to me regularly and often between midnight and 3 in the morning as my body clock has been all over the place. Not only have they been quick to deliver in all weathers but when my little rubbish bags have been on the step they have offered to put them in black bin....one evan put my black bin when full on the street for me....now thats service with a smile. Food is nice good prices and all i can say is thank you to the staff and delivery drivers who have been very kind.

   Ordered from here so many times and has always been great no complaints. Tonight however don’t know what’s happened, food was on way after 30 mins, checking drivers location he was at the top of the road so i’m ready to go to the door, he then doesn’t move, i realise he has gone the road not the avenue. I receive a call saying he’s tried to deliver and i explain, i then hear nothing. I call the store 10 mins later and was told their sorry and it would be sent immediately. 5 mins later i get another call where i was spoken to by 3 people, they then ended the phone mid conversation. My food came 5 mins later, cold and inedible. Service was shocking and the deliver driver had no apology. Really disappointed and won’t be ordered from here again after being loyal customers for a long time.

   I’ve regularly ordered from tiger bite for a few years and the quality of service and food has gone down a lot over time. Tonight I found multiple hairs in my food and received my drink split down the side leaking. On past occasions I’ve been given the bag with drinks in with the handles broken causing them to splatter all over the drive, the driver left and didn’t apologise for warning me till I ordered again from them. I don’t know if this has been some sort of joke or just clumsiness and poor standards of their business but I’m not best impressed.

   Had Fish cake chunky cut chips and curry, not overly impressed, chips tasted like they were cooked then warmed up, curry was more like a paste than a sauce. Fishcake was only part I enjoyed. Would of been less stars but the delivery driver was sound.

   Order from here 3 times now and great everytime! Fast service, great food, hot fresh & tasty and decent portion sizes as well! Definitely my new go-to takeaway in Crewe.

   Ordered twice now and I’m pretty shocked, I wasn’t expecting much because the menu is huge! Normally not a good sign but I’ve gotta give them 5 stars both times. I ordered through Ubereats, only took 30 mins for delivery. The burger was very similar to 5 guys (this hurt me to say this because I’m a 5 guys connoisseur.) everything else I had was definitely above average. This will now be my go to for this type of takeaway!

   Absolutely disgusted! Me and my friend got food poisoning from this place. A few people who have been here have also had similar experiences. The donor meat they serve is hardly ever cooked properly and the chicken looks out of date. I don’t know who you people think you’re trying to p*** off but I’m never ordering from here again! And I will make sure my relatives across CREWE do not either!
