   I visited the shop shortly after it opened and noticed all the muffins were freshly made. One employee was stocking the display while another was serving customers. At around 9:04, the server took my order. When I asked about the chocolate chunk muffin, I was told I could only choose from what was currently in the display, so I selected something else. However, as I walked away, I saw the fresh muffins being placed out and the customer after me was able to order the chocolate chunk one. It was disappointing, as this could easily have been avoided if the staff had simply asked whether I was happy to wait 30–40 seconds for the new batch. A small gesture like that would have made a big difference to the experience.

   Staff are friendly, and we were served pretty quickly. Cakes are good and tasty, and not too badly prices £3.50 each approx. They have 1 vegan cake (lemon and poppy seed today) and 2 gluten free cakes on offer. However, there were a sheer lack of clean tables as most tables had plates etc so we had to sit outside which wasn't too bad as was still inside the shopping centre.

   Great for a coffee and a cake, toastie or Panini. Sitting area is fine.Staff friendly. Two cakes and 2 coffees £19 . Yeah would go for a treat .

   Fairly enjoyable, the coffees were adequate and food once again, adequate. The service was somewhat lacking in that the person serving clearly just wanted their shift to be over! Honestly, I wouldn't choose to go again and instead use Costa. It would also help the general atmosphere if there was music playing and tables cleaned frequently.

   Visited today for lunch and a coffee. Really nice place, very big with plenty of seating for a lot of people. Everything is covid safe and the tables and chairs are properly spaced apart. The price and the quality of the food is really good and the staff are very friendly.
