Put beef curry in a cardboard container and put it at bottom of bag and stacked everything on top of it. Crushed completely and spilled all over everything including my vegetarian food!!! Tried to contact the restaurant about a replacement and the phone number went straight to answer phone. Used to be a repeat customer. NEVER AGAIN. Abysmal.
Was welcomed by a small kid with glasses who said he knew a friend of mine Lew gin and then also give me a extra potion of chips for me to give to lew gin which was then later found out Lewis had food posioning after it
very disappointed at the cashier behind the counter no older then 10, very rude and not welcoming. also the food was very cold and bland almost no flavour they must be using cat poo as an ingredient. Honestly one of the worst experiences ever has food poisoning after it for multiple days and still haven’t recovered. and food arrived an hour late absolutely shocking DO NOT ORDER HERE
Worst Chinese in Neath Port Talbot! Worst crispy beef I've ever had, the chow mein was really dry and had no beansprouts, the chicken balls were huge but the batter was weird and wasn't crispy, the Kung pao chicken was ok but only in comparison to the crispy beef.
Honestly the worst Chinese I have ever had. I don't know if they're using old oil or cooking things for too long but everything was over cooked, hard, dry, and tasted burnt. Sauces are very watery and bland. Ate about 1/3 and binned the rest. Absolutely gross.
don't know why this place is so poorly rated on google, it has excellent reviews elsewhere as it should, people just love to complain, my food is lovely and was delivered quickly, thank you x

The most disgusting Chinese I have ever eaten. Everything I ordered was warmed up from a previous night, nothing was cooked to order. Chicken balls were soft and tasted as if they were from the previous week. The chips were clearly warmed up, even the prawn crackers were stale. Avoid at all cost, absolutely revolting Chinese. I’m in complete shock they are still open
Ordered from here tonight for the 1st time and will definitely be the last. Was quite expensive for what we had the food we did receive was not hot the chips seemed like they been kept warm, the crispy beef was burnt and impossible to chew, curry was extremely bland.
Stopped eating Chinese food for a while because we never found a Chinese takeaway which was nice. Me and my partner ordered from here tonight and we've finally found a Chinese takeaway which is our new go to Chinese. Food was pipping hot on arrival and was delivered on time, lovely food, really good portions. Definitely will be ordering again!
