    I ordered the CHICKEN and sweetcorn pizza from this place, but it was so bad that I didn’t even bother to try it. The smell was so fishy that my other half had to try it & he reckon it tasted like TUNA! I called up to complain, but the customer service was terrible. After the argument, they were happy to make another order, but it tasted and smelled like tuna AGAIN! I don’t know what sort of “CHICKEN” this is but do not order!!! absolutely disgusting & disappointed! (Normal not the one to complain)

    Overall, Neptune's is decent for a quick and cheap kebab, but don’t expect gourmet quality. It’s a reliable option if you’re not too fussy and need something fast.

    Staff were friendly and polite, they apologised for the wait for our food to be cooked even though we didn’t have to wait that long! Chips were as good as most fish and chip takeaways, the doner meat is by far the best I’ve had in Norwich for a long time and the chilli sauce was lovely. The chicken was a little greasy but very tasty. Haven’t found many places that can do traditional chips -can’t comment on the fish-and still do a great kabab and fried chicken. Will definitely be ordering again

    Normally good food, Standards slipped today. Atmosphere was not great as they looked bored and no one was talking, service was pick up from a phone order and when I arrived I put the order in with little acknowledgement for the order. I will order again in hope the standards pick up
