This is by far the best fish and chip shop in Swansea, the food is always hot and delicious. They offer various items alongside gluten free options, I have never had any issues with Sims as a Coeliac. Their service is always top notch, the staff are friendly and generous. Couldn’t ask for anything more.
Stumbled upon Sim's via Google Maps while heading to Pembroke what a gem! As a gluten-free diner, finding a place this good is rare. Even better, their fantastic batter is egg-free, perfect for my wife's allergy. We were thrilled! The two cod were perfectly cooked, and their one large chips were outrageously good enough for three, plus leftovers for another meal! Seriously impressive. Highly recommend Sim's and their brilliant, friendly team.
Great food and value, but if you want delivery don't use their own website. After an hour I rang to find out where it was and they hadn't even noticed the order on their machine. Use one of the delivery services instead
Very nice takeaway chip shop, another scampi choice for me. Lots of food choices. The chips are gluten free and there is gluten free fish, sausages and few others, perfect as my wife is a Coeliac. Very tasty food, highly recommended. Thank you.
Brilliant chip shop, I've come here on and off for years and not once have they disappointed. I'd recommend their fish and chips, but be warned they do not skimp on the portions; the fish alone is a mighty beast! The fish is crispy and cooked to order, and I have always appreciated how you can cut it up with a knife and not have it crumble apart. The chips are nicely cooked, with a crispy outside and soft inside. Not once in all the times that I have been here have standards strayed, what you get is of good quality and priced fairly.

My grandson had sausage and chips there and suffered bad diarrhoea and sickness, there was definitely something wrong with the sausages because he said that it didn't taste wright .
Food was early, that’s the only positive I have. Placed the order for cash driver turned up dropped off my bag and left before I got chance to pay, got upstairs to eat my food and we’ll to call these chips chippy chips would be a joke frozen chips at best greasy dry and horrible, I actually ate 3 chips and threw the rest in the bin, and went out and bought more food. Then about an hour later the delivery drivers returns insinuating I deliberately didn’t pay him the money, when I got the money out to pay and told him the food was awful I threw it away his response was “that’s cause you didn’t pay” when I pointed out the flaw in his logic he laughed and said I was only joking l, and proceeded to argue with me that the food was not poor quality and 100% fresh and cooked by him personally. And in the next sentence told me he’d pass it onto the chef. Learn how to deal with customers who have complaints I didn’t even ask for money off just providing feedback and the guy decided instead of taking it on board he would argue with me absolutely disgusting I would not return here ever
