Just simply awesome. Reading other reviews is sometimes a mistake, as it was for this place. Some negative reviews commented that hot food was too hot, the stated one piece of toast turned up but they were expecting more, and that the food was like Wetherspoons. Not sure if the place had a bad day or just the usual attention-seeking entitled-reviewer syndrome. I take coffee black and unsweetened, the coffee here is great. The food took a while to arrive but was worth the wait. Everything was cooked to perfection, quality produce cooked well just can’t be beat. The service was equally as professional. I will be back.

We were looking for a new place to eat, stumbled across you, so glad we did. The food was delicious and you serve lovely coffee I would recommend a visit.

Popped in today while out and about. The venue was well presented and decorated, and the staff were lovely, and it felt welcoming. I sat down and ordered the breakfast for £9.95 and a pot of tea. The tea arrived quickly and was good. I waited a further 40 minutes for my food to arrive, and I wasn't the most impressed. The toast was as expected and decent, but 1 slice wasn't what I expected. The bacon was standard as you'd expect in any cafe. Same as the sausage, although it did lack a little flavour. The egg was poached perfectly but again lacked seasoning. Hash brown was standard and fine. The one thing that did knock my rating down were the beans. They were good as beans go, but it felt like the pot they were served in had been microwaved for far too long. One spoonful onto my toast, and I bit into it and burned my mouth. A microwave is not appropriate in my view. Overall, my experience is that of wetherspoons. We shall see if the standard menu is any different from the breakfast menu. See you next time

Lovely service and yummy food. We went for lunch to celebrate my birthday and ordered the club sandwich and the reuben, both came with chips, dressed salad and coleslaw. The portions were huge - you certainly won't be hungry! Make sure you also check out the display cabinets for a yummy array of savouries and sweet treats, so much choice. Defo worth a visit!

Lovely lunch at Food by Sean's. We both had pesto mushrooms on sourdough. Very tasty indeed, as ever. We'll definitely be back. (My photos don't do the dish justice!)

We went here for breakfast, it's so nice to find somewhere that's dog friendly. The service was excellent and we really enjoyed our food. We'll definitely go back.

This was my second visit to Food by Sean for breakfast. Based slightly out of the way but the interior wouldn't have you think is on an industrial estate. Staff were friendly and helpful and menu had plenty to chose from. I had my usual scrambled egg on toast, with was cooked to perfection, my only criticism would be I would have preferred two slices of bread instead of on quite thick slice. Great place for a pit stop !!

What a delightful place, the ladies who take your orders and bring your food are so polite, helpful and happy. The food is absolutely amazing, so tasteful and excellent for the price. My chicken, avocado and pesto sandwich was the best sandwich I've ever tasted. Definitely the place for a nice bite at lunchtime.
