“Lovely evening at Belle Vue. Great service, nice atmosphere and food was excellent. We ended up spending longer and more as it was such a nice venue. I had the king prawn and spring onion linguine with garlic sauce for my main and just perfect - good balance, very tasty and large, succulent king prawns. Highly recommend.”

Absolutely lovely inside- you will never get bored of things to look at! The food and service were both amazing. I cannot fault anything. Warm and friendly staff. Along with being very reasonably priced! You will not be disappointed if you visit and I would highly recommend you try this place out. “Unbelievable food. You can really tell that the staff care about the quality of the food they serve. If you live in the area or are visiting, this is a must-try. Good energy in the kitchen and you can tell by the flavours! I’ve worked in food & wine industry for a good while and I was blown away by the food presentation, quality of ingredients, and the service. It was hard to choose what to order; luckily my table was keen to share lots of small plates. I would highly recommend sharing a few things. I will absolutely return to try more of the breakfast & daytime menu. Great wine options also. I was told that they update the menu regularly with seasonal ingredients so I’m very excited to keep visiting!”

“Honestly it is no wonder why they have won the best wedding venue in South & Central Wales for three consecutive years. From reserving the date, to the day of the wedding (and the morning after!) they have been nothing short of professional, friendly, and exceptional. They have been flexible when our timings or food choices changed. From reception, to the wedding team, and the bar staff and everyone else at the King Arthur have been nothing short of perfection. Our wedding day flowed so seamlessly and smoothly it was like something out of a fairytale. Our wedding co-ordinator Annelise has been amazing throughout, and we were well looked after in her capable hands on the day, whether it be an extra drink for us or a moments peace away from the beautiful chaos. Nicola looked after us in the evening and was amazing, and a seamless transition. Justin the DJ was great and had the dance floor bouncing! The food for our wedding was exceptional, and highly recommended by ourselves and our guests. The venue is just stunning, and a treat to have our wedding there. We have eaten at the King Arthur many times before and have never been disappointed at the quality of the food. It was so nice to receive so many compliments about our wedding from so many different aspects of it, from the food, to the staff, to the venue and much more. If you want the wedding of your dreams, look no further than having it at the King Arthur hotel. “We have been coming here for about 2 years. The coffee is super tasty and amazing quality and I cannot describe how delicious the pork cobano is. The amount of meat you get in the sandwich is super generous. The other food also looks insane but we love the pork cobano and have to order it each time. Lovely staff here also, just a great place to eat and drink.”

“Consistently great! We’ve eaten here quite a few times over the years, especially the last few months and we never have a bad meal. It’s always busy and the staff are always happy. “We booked in Advance its open 6.00pm promptly just take note the menu on the outside of the property it’s not up to date some of the items you unable to have was told last night it is 5 years outdated! Nice friendly staff nice starters I had king prawn my partner had pate both had sirloin stake I wanted mine medium & my partner well done & we emphasised that when it came out it had blood in its & for her it was off putting they quickly took it back but my fear that all the chips & the vegetables would gets cold but to fair play fresh chips & its was cooked correctly second time lens was nice”

“Phenomenal!! The pick two courses meal was perfect. I had pumpkin soup and pan fried brean with mussels in the most flavorful curry sauce. I loved it. And had to get the toffee sticky pudding. Everyone at the table loved their dinners as well. Big props for the pork belly and duck leg dish.”
