We went at a quiet time but the view out the front window was awesome. Lovely place with great food and really nice staff. Nice tapas style Asian foods, beautiful presentation and super tasty.
The food was very tasty, but the dishes are a little smaller and the advice is to order between 2 and 3 per person which does drive the cost up. Service was excellent and staff were lovely and accommodating. There were veggie and vegan options which were very good and a kids menu which was excellent for us with a 4 year old. I am told the Sunday lunch is exceptional.
Recently had the pleasure of dining at Asiad, and I can confidently say it was an outstanding experience! The food was amazing, with a wide variety of delicious dishes that genuinely impressed my taste buds. The staff were incredibly attentive and friendly, ensuring that our visit was enjoyable from start to finish. We turned up on Sunday (booked in advance) when roast dinners were the main theme, but they also did a limited selection of their Asian fusion small plates. On a hot Spring day, we opted for the small plates. They were amazing, apart from the Vietnamese roll, which was a bit dry and rubbery (just personal preferences here). We had all the other dishes on the small menu, and they were all amazing. We can't wait to book the full Asian menu and will be doing so very soon. Service was spot on, and the owners worked hard in the kitchen to produce some wonderful food. While we didn't do the Sunday roasts, many did, and they looked incredible. We'll be back for those in the Autumn/Winter months.
We had been here for lunch today. 6 of us. Was impressed with the quick & efficient service. Always with a smile. Food was good too. Portion sizes were quite big. Pricing is a bit on the higher side. We definitely enjoyed the food

Popped in on a Sunday afternoon (unfortunately they'd stopped serving food) and ended up staying for quiet a few drinks. Good choice of beers, wines, cocktails. Really friendly service, great atmosphere and good music. Loads of dogs around which made it even more enjoyable. Can't wait to go back to try some of the food Update: managed to return and the food was excellent. Best Sunday lunch we've ever had. Wow, from start to finish the food was absolutely amazing. Everything was so tasty and cooked to perfection. The flavours of every single thing on the plate where just out of this world. Generous portions and plenty of variety on the plate. Great service and fairly priced. My only complaint would be the lack of desserts, only one dessert on the menu and no ice cream for the children. Definitely worth a visit but need to book in advance.
I highly recommend this place ! Food is amazingly tasty and flavored, meat, veggie or fish kind of Thai tapas ( but good portion, 3 is more than enough) short menu but perfect for quality . Cocktail are delicate and could stop mine ! Talking about staff and service she was awesome running for everyone but not forgetting anyone, advising and very professional ! :) nice atmosphère and cosy front of the sea. The best address of Porthcawl!
