“My first proper tapas experience with friends and must say that it was superb. Really fantastic dishes and great service too. Will definitely return!”
“Consistently great! We’ve eaten here quite a few times over the years, especially the last few months and we never have a bad meal. It’s always busy and the staff are always happy. From breakfast’s, light lunches, main meals and Sunday dinners, everything is great and at a great price too! Book if you can especially if there’s a few people going as it gets busy. Thank you!”
“Excellent pizza with a great menu & really tasty dough with high quality ingredients. Nice restaurant with friendly staff. Outside a bit of the town centre but definitely worth the walk for the pizza! Can't wait to come back”
“Really enjoyed our lunch here. We braved the elements and sat outside despite it being a bit chilly and overcast. However the food and drinks made up for the weather with excellent, ribs, steak and cod and chips. The scampi was a bit ‘manufactured’ with more batter than fish but still passable. Good Guinness and beer and a very pleasant lunch altogether. The service was pleasant and prompt.”
“Great food, large portions, very friendly staff. My partners burger was overcooked, and the staff had no problem replacing it with a new one which was done to perfection.”
“The food was amazing! The Carbonara was to die for! The garlic bread was the best I've ever had! My partner said his Lasagne was incredible! They are not shy at all with the parmigiano reggiano so it made my day . The icing on the cake was the wonderful staff service! So attentive, and I was even offered a blanket when we went to sit outside after food! Would highly recommend this place and can't wait to go back again!”
“Great friendly pub with a welcoming atmosphere Love this place”
“Great seafood dinner with whitebait, lobster thermidor and seafood pancake. But of a wait between courses but definitely worth it.”
“Favourite cafe in Mumbles with excellent food and very friendly staff!”
“My friend gifted me an afternoon tea voucher for two and it was an enjoyable experience! Lovely decor upstairs in the tea room, loved the paintings, and a wide variety of teas to choose from. We tried the 3 fruit teas and rhubarb was my favourite. The food was brought in not long after our teas were served. Well presented, as expected for an afternoon tea. The mini quiches were my favourite, along with warm scones served with clotted cream, jam and fresh strawberries.”
“Staff are very friendly here, nice clean pub, prices are good and it's a very nice and friendly place definitely recommend”
“We hadn’t eaten here for years, very pleasantly surprised by the very high standard in the cooking and presentation of the meals we had. We both had fish and it was first class. Service also was very attentive and not over powering. Well done all we will be back , thanks Martin & Alison”
“Food was great I think very underrated place you forget is there. Steak was perfect all 3 times I have ordered it here and service was spot on.”
“Met friends here for an evening meal. Lots of choice on the menu - chef and house specials as well as traditional indian cuisine. We had a shared starter and a main courses. It was all delicious. There is no alcohol licence, but you can take your own. Soft drinks and alcohol free booze is available at reasonable prices. Staff were friendly and attentive without being overly so. Thoroughly recommend. Place was full and atmosphere was buzzing.”

“What a great local and so welcoming and friendly. Its off the beaten track, but an absolute hidden gem for anyone who loves proper local working class boozers. There is a sign inside the pub stating:we are all nuts here, you are welcome which was spot on.”

“We visited the restaurant for lunch on Friday without a reservation and were promptly seated. We appreciated the pleasant ambiance. The friendly staff kindly explained the items that were unavailable on the menu. We ordered fish and chips, moules with fries, and pork belly. The food was exceptionally delicious, and we thoroughly enjoyed our first meal in Wales.”
“A wonderful family run Italian restaurant. We had the 2 course set lunchtime menu for £17.50. A wonderful choice of dishes and all expertly prepared. They have a good selection of GF options. Great service and we had a table by the window overlooking the marina. We will definitely return to this gem again.”
“We were looking for a new place to eat, stumbled across you, so glad we did. The food was delicious and you serve lovely coffee I would recommend a visit.”
“So glad the Sunday roast is back - did not disappoint! So tasty with a lovely variety of veg. Delicious cauliflower cheese - I am always on the hunt for a really good roast out and the secret may have just become one of my top spots. Would highly recommend!”
“A cute and cosy venue, perfect for an intimate celebration, we had the afternoon tea which was great and the Sunday roasts looked and sneaked great too! Edit: we returned on Sunday for a Sunday roast and were not disappointed! We started off with spicy parsnip soup, which had a kick! Then I had the lamb and my partner had the beef and we were both very happy with our choices. Absolutely delicious and the sticky toffee pudding at the end was delicious! Highly recommended.”
“Really lovely place and the food was delicious. Great staff, very friendly and a really nice atmosphere!!”
“Not a bad little pub, one of two pubs in the village. There is a pool table here. Menu see attached images. Indoor seating. Clean toilets. Friendly staff. Quite a modern feel to this pub and seems to have opened/refurbished recently. Worth a visit if you’re in the area.”
