Paid £9.50 for a breakfast came without mushrooms and bacon was badly burnt. Shocking place to order from extremely disappointed and will never order again. Absolutely vile!
Late, cold, chips worst ever had. Soggy and cold. Beans had leaked. Egg was like rubber. Sausages looked like they were cooked last week and left out. Son couldn't eat it and I don't blame him
We always order sunny side up to our offices through Uber Eats! We have large orders of 10+items! BBB IS SPOT ON EVERTIME food is always delivered hot fresh and without any problems at all the drivers are always accommodating while we come down to collect and we are never disappointed!
Used to be my go to for breakfast and lunch orders until I received racist comments from their delivery driver. They just deleted my review from JustEat, without even an apology. I think I'll take my custom elsewhere in future.
Very tasty hot dishes and absolutely delicious cold baguettes with fresh salad and of course the best ice cream I've ever had. The service is very nice and the employees put their heart into their work, you can feel it here. A very nice lady who surprised me and my friend with extra cookies for free to go with hot drinks. I recommend BBB to everyone at lunchtime and more!
While ordering food from here (through neath port talbot eats) at 8.45pm we phoned the shop to ensure they delivered to sandfields and they confirmed that delivery would be no problem but would take 50 minutes (which was fine). Phoned the shop back at 9.50pm to see where our order was and was told it was rejected as they couldn't deliver to us. Even after explaining that we confirmed it would be possible to deliver they said there was nothing they could do . The customer service over the phone was terrible and rude and they said it should have said rejected on our app. However it still said approved the manager told us it was not they're problem. Wouldn't order from here again and I don't think they should advertise themselves on the app if they are just going to reject orders because they cannot deliver.
