Just spent over £40 and its disgusting, everything tastes like salt to the point we cannot even eat it. Fried rice, curry sauce and noodles full of salt crispy beef is full of sugar and sauce not even coated the beef, its disgusting sorry its not even like a chinese. Wont be back.
food was delicious did take 2 hours first time then delivered to mams instead to my address but then was ordered again and was faster and again food was lovely really enjoyed got some left for 2morrow as well
I was recommended this place by my son.i got to say the lady on phone was lovely.full of personality. I had my curry and it's got to be one of the best one iv had,I will definitely be ordering again.
First of all there is no option for giving 0 stars. Our food didn’t turn up after 30 mins of saying it did on the just eat app. Called and no one answered. Had to walk there for the guy to give it us off the side in a just eat bag , and didn’t even apologise . The phone went off 3 times while we were in the shop and none of them bothered answered .Got back , the prawn crackers were stale , prawn toast was soggy. Chicken was falling out the batter and was flaking liking fish would . Can’t say a good word. Do not get a Chinese off these.
They canceled my order that was supposed to feed around 30 young people with about 30 mins before it was supposed to arrive. A random driver contacted me not even the store manager or shift manager. Explains due to just eats discounts the store would only receive £78 out of the £169 I paid and that I sould cancel and come in store instead. When I said I'm not able to do this and told them they should take it up with uber and not me they canceled the order.
One of the worst places to order a takeaway from! Took over an hour to get delivered so had to cancel and when I phoned to cancel the man on the phone started shouting at me saying to never order from there again and I had wasted there time then hung up on me!
Another delicious takeaway meal. The best in Swansea. Highly recommend. Friendly delivery driver. Won't order from anywhere else. Thank you.
Delivery was over 2 hours late, didn't get any update from restaurant, and when I called they hung up on me, food was freezing cold when I got it, shocking service and food
first time ordering from this chinese the food was very dissapointing. ribs had no meat, chow mein was very dry and beef was dry and tasteless, and the chips were indescribable and tasted like oven chips. Everything was very uncatisfactory. Would 100% not be ordering from here again.
