   Always a decent experience if you count departing with money as being decent. This shop is always clean, mostly tidy. The staff are very pleasant and they usually have a good stock of all the daily essentials. The only thing lacking is their famous cafe!!

   Used the self checkout as I only had 4 items. Purchased a bottle of Baileys for the wife as it was showing £11 on the shelf. The assistant came to remove the tag, but I pointed out that the screen was showing £22.50! After she cleared the bottle she rudely and abruptly banged on the screen, THERE! IT NOW SHOWS MINUS £11.50!! Absolutely no need to be so rude and abrupt! A bit of professional customer care is not hard to do!!

   I completed my self check out and waited for a staff member to remove the security tag from a bottle of vodka. 15 minutes I waited , in the end a staff member said ‘oh you can go’….with the tag still on ….

   Long-Term Customer Disappointed - I have been a Morrisons customer for many years. On 24 February 2025, I filled up at the Nantwich forecourt, which is fully branded as Morrisons. I handed over my bank card, which was taken and returned without any indication that the payment had failed. Months later, I received a penalty letter from Fuel Guardian demanding £87.50. My wife, worried about escalation, paid under pressure. After lengthy correspondence, Fuel Guardian admitted it was a cashier error and refunded us. Unfortunately, Morrisons have distanced themselves from the issue, despite the forecourt being branded in their name. As a loyal customer, I feel let down and misled. Customers should be aware that many Morrisons-branded forecourts are operated by MFG. I recommend checking MFG’s own reviews (Trustpilot currently shows a rating of around 1.5 stars) before deciding to use their sites. As a result of this experience, I will no longer be shopping at Morrisons or using their fuel stations.

   Once of the only real car washes left in Crewe that is not a Jet Wash. Every man and his dog was there when we went, so we had to wait 30 mins for the car wash to be free. 6 cars behind us too, so its a popular place. Prices are good for fuel and car wash. The store offers a varied range of items for your big shop, or your quick pantry fill up runs. As with everything, the prices have increased, but there are still good offers available.

   Parking a nightmare. Parked for 90 mins. Stuck to the allotted time only I got a fine to say I’d gone over the time. Have no evidence to say otherwise. Have to pay. Will never visit here again.

   Yesterday, the 30th December I looked on your website to see that you opened at 6am. I walked 2 miles only to find that you actually opened at 7am!!! I sat outside to wait. Whilst staff went in to start their shift without any acknowledgement as to why I was sitting in the trolley bay, 2 staff - Jason and Stacey not only took the time to see if I was ok they both made me a coffee!! So a massive thank you to them for taking the time to 'care' about your customers. Their kindness went along way! Thanks guy's!!!

   The shop was not very bizzy. The girl at the till was not very helpful. She had a hat.scraf. loads of jumpers and a coat and gloves on. She never even spoke. Only to say how much my shopping was. I gave her a £10. Note. She gave me a plastic tub to put it in. Then when she gave me my change she rolled it up in my recipe and my £5 note. I will not be going in that branch again
