We had a bad experience with Wherry Hotel, staff and the app, we ended up waiting for over an hour for our meals which we never got, whilst waiting for the waitress I downloaded the company app and booked 2 meals, eventually a waitress turned up and we ordered our drinks, I asked the waitress to confirm that our order for the meals had gone through which she came back and confirmed that they had, 1 hour later no meals, we asked another waiter where our meals were he came back and said that they were on the way 15 min later no meals, we then complained to a manager, who couldn't confirm where our meals was, stating that both waiters had lied to us, we got up and went, I complained to the head office and over a week later with no reply from them or apology of any kind.
