I'd give 0 if possible. 2 hour delay on app order. App said it was on its way after an hour, when I chased 30 minutes later I was told they were busy and hadn't started ours yet. When it did eventually turn up it was cold, dry and sub par. Never going back.

Absolutely shocking. Tiny portions, sauces and salad missing, grizzly chicken, no drink in a meal deal?? and very overpriced. Only reason for 2 stars was the fact it was barely edible. Won’t be going again and will be taking future business elsewhere.

Waited over an hour for our food which was two simple meals, says arrived, we contact the restaurant and says it’ll be 10 minutes another half an hour we waited we called again, they clearly forgot our order the chips were so greasy they didn’t put any cheese on them, my partners kebab had no salad and the drink was even warm! Terrible would never order again & I would avoid!!

Picked up a take away tonight and couldn't fault it, loads of chicken in the meals plenty of sauce and fresh salad. Staff were really friendly will be going back again for sure. Highly recommend.

It’s got to be said this is the best kebab I’ve had for a very long time. Cooked on charcoal which gives it a smoked flavour. Very impressive shop which is spotless! It’s a real event to watch the food being cooked too

I ordered a lot from this place from late 2021 until March this year. Their food was really good initially, however they missed something every time I ordered, nothing serious though. I understand how challenging it could be to run a restaurant and this is why I would just let them aware of their mistake and they would promise to make up for it in the next order (which they rarely did). Raw bread and uncooked rice, replacing items without my consent were some of the issues, which I somehow ignored as I did like their food in the beginning. The biggest problem with this place is their manager/owner, he was rude, arrogant and refused to accept any mistake on their part. I can accept mistake in the food but would never accept rude and arrogant behavior. Never ordered again from this place.

We have ordered two chicken wraps and when it arrived I was DISGUSTED! We received a wrap soaked in grease and 4-5 bits of chicken. Someone slapped some salads separately into a takeaway box. Chips were undercooked. I wouldn’t give this to my dog. Went straight in the bin and will never order from here ever again.

First chance at trying Shish Go since it opened on December 28th, and it didn't disappoint. Meats were very flavoursome and tender served with rice, salad and bread. 35 minute wait for a collection reasonable so hopefully won't extend to much once word has got out. Know now for next time to ask for extra pot of chili sauce - was very good but sharing one pot between 3 meals didn't go far. Friendly staff and very fresh decor - I look forward to coming back.
