   Exceptionally busy, yet exceptionally fast. Despite the high volume of customers, service was impressively quick, the food was fresh and well prepared, and the staff were genuinely warm, smiling and welcoming throughout. Tables were cleaned immediately as soon as they became available, which was impressive to see during such a busy period. A great example of efficiency, organisation and care. Exceptional experience.

   I come across this McDonald’s at Roys in wroxham. Although attached to a café this McDonald was fairly fast with the order, but chips were unfortunately cold, and milkshakes are more liquidated than usual. Great for people who’s just finished shopping and would like something quick to eat.

   This is tucked into the corner of the Roy's of Wroxham Foodhall - strategically perhaps opposite the toy shop! Couldn't use the app as couldn't get a good signal, we didn't order much and it took surprisingly longer than I would have expected. It also shares an area with the cafe, albeit there are signs saying their is specific seating area for each one.

   Literally just took a bite from my cheese burger and spat it straight back out, its covered in what looks like powder that tastes of the strongest salts !! I choked it was thay strong and my eyes are watering ! And the black bits all inside absolutely disgusting !

   Was in the restaurant with my 7 month old baby and my 8 month pregnant sister when we went to use the toilets my sister who is heavily pregnant nearly slipped over by the time she went to tell me I had already slipped with my 7 month old baby in my arms. Not only did non of the staff bother to ask if myself or my son was okay but by the time we came out of the toilets someone had dried the soaking wet floor and removed the signs that was no where near where the floor was soaking. Very annoyed and angry at the service given by the members of staff and don’t appreciate a member of staff laughing at me when I fell until she realised I had a baby in my arms.

   Great place to visit if you've got children. Craft stalls/shops are good also the deli filled with local products. Cafe service was a bit slow, tea and snacks were of decent quality.

   It is what it is… another McDonald’s in a tourist hotspot. To note, staff were friendly, accommodating, and tirelessly working to provide meals for the many young families that frequent this corner of the world. The premises were located inside Roy’s Food-hall and was kept clean and fresh looking. I did notice the staff seemed quite young and took longer than average when taking orders over till - but who doesn’t use the interactive robots that have replaced human sales assistants?

   Easily the best McDonalds we've been to. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Food was neatly served rather than slapped together and rammed in a box as a lot of McDonalds do. We came here as we were in a rush, sort of "there's a maccie Dee's, that'll do", however after such a positive experience this would possibly be our first choice in future.
