   Have ordered many times but have noticed the quality of the food has severely deteriorated. Our recent order missed the duck & pancakes when calling them to advise them they weren’t really bothered! We had to drive back to them to get a refund! They have definitely lost our custom!!!

   Been using this place for 6 years, always been extremely happy with the food. Tonight was the worst Chinese meal I’ve ever had, food was bland, sauces were runny. We had to throw most of it out. These days a takeaway isn’t a cheap option, but we thought Ken Tong may be a little pricey, but we know we would enjoy it. I’ll be honest, takeaway prices have gone through the roof & I understand why, but please, if you are going to charge a premium, deliver premium products. Never going back, such a shame. Please note they only mentioned the pricing, which I wasn’t overly concerned about. Not once was the quality of the food mentioned, my main complaint. It seems they are much more concerned about competitive pricing than high standards & customer service. Enough said.

   One star for not sorting your opening times out properly on google. Wasted journey. Says your open on Monday. But your closed. And closed on a Tuesday, but you say your open. Sort times out.

   Very disappointed…was highly recommended to me so ordered delivery this evening but part of my order was missing ..had to wait 30 minutes for it to be delivered …completely ruined my meal as rest of food was cold ! Not a good start with a new customer and only got a ‘sorry’ !

   Quality wasn't great to be honest. Deep fried shredded chicken... couldn't see any chicken in it and the chicken balls were really salty and very similar to what you would expect pick up from a supermarket to be honest. Ken Tong seems to have alot of great reviews so thats why l chose it but unfortunately my experience wasn't great. Maybe an off night but my review is honest and fair.
