I just had a brilliant dining experience! The food was outstanding, especially the Mozzarella & Ricotta Arancini and the King Prawn & Cod Linguine - both were delicious and presented beautifully. The atmosphere was just right, and the service was top-notch, making me feel really welcome. Everything was perfectly clean, and I felt I got great value for my money. I can’t wait to come back!

The food itself was delightful, I went for the cod and prawn pasta which was delicious, an extremely light creamy flavour. Personally i would’ve added some more parmesean for a sharp kick but that is nitpicking. My partner enjoyed the vegan burger, it looked to die for and had a really great flavour. The drinks were also really lovely (the tiramisu martini is well mixed and really creative cocktail whilst the elderflower spritz was refreshing and light, a great accompaniment to the pasta if you don’t feel like wine). The service was brilliant - i’d absolutely recommend booking ahead as it seemed to get busy very quickly! My only issue is with the cleanliness of the mug that I was given when I asked for some hot water and lemon, it was absolutely filthy which made me ultimately question how clean the dishes I was eating from were (hence my spoon paranoia) To me it put a slightly off taste (i didn’t drink my water) in my mouth to have such a filthy mug given to me. Despite the mug, the meal itself was great, the service was good and the atmosphere is really luxe. Just don’t go for any hot drinks after your meal!

Myself, Hubby and pooch stopped here for brunch for the first time. We were greeted warmly and seated in the ‘bar area’. Our dog was given a bowl of water and treats. We were given time to choose from the menu while we had drinks. We ordered Buttermilk Fried Chicken and Chicken with Sweet Potato Fries & Smoked Bacon Focaccia with fries. The chicken was cooked to perfection and the Focaccia sandwich was really tasty. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, thanks guys.

We visited The Cosy Club in Norwich during my birthday weekend. The venue itself was lovely, clean, spacious with lots of nice decorative features. The restaurant is quite central in Norwich we had a little bit of a walk from where we were staying but it wasn’t too bad. We were greeted at the door by a pleasant host and were quickly shown to our reserved table. At the time of visiting there were a few other people in but it wasn’t overly crowded. The waiter who took our order was extremely polite and made us feel super welcome. The menu had a nice selection of food to choose from and we opted for main and a dessert. Wait times were reasonable and I don’t think we were waiting overly long before the food arrived. The whole place had a lovely friendly atmosphere, I guess the clue is in the name ‘Cosy Club’ I know there are quite a few different venues dotted up and down the country but the Norwich one really did give a great atmosphere and the waiters were top notch. The food was really delicious too and I throughly enjoyed my time there! Would certainly recommend this venue to all!

Really nice place with amazing interior. Plenty of space and really welcoming and friendly staff. Good food at a decent price. I was a tiny bit disappointed with my Buttermilk chicken burger. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't amazing. Went with my daughter on father's day and got a free beer! The toilets are downstairs in what used to be the vaults and a couple of bits have been retained for character. Would definitely go again but would order something else. Easy to book online. Recommended.

I've been to Cosy clubs before but it was the first time for my friend. The building is beautiful, the food, staff and service was great. They very kindly ordered a taxi for us. We went back later in the evening for a drink we enjoyed it that much.

We stopped in for an unbooked lunch on a Saturday. What really stands out is the main hall it's lovely to see the old building in use in all its glory. The private vault room also looks like a great place for a party. Our lunch was great I really enjoyed the veg option brunch of Mexican style egg and beans.

But I'm giving it a three because For this kind of establishment this restaurant is new to be much more professional, staff that knows what to do, how long it takes and what exactly does it represent? I go to other restaurants with this name, but I was honestly disappointed with the behavior of the waitress and the way the service was. We ordered chicken fillet, They brought us a salad, which you can’t even call a salad, To be honest, the salad was made in such a way as if they were feeding a pig, they are a person. We also waited quite a long time for the food to be brought to us. I'm not talking about the fact that we had to wait for the bill to be brought to us. I understand that not many people serve this establishment, but for such an establishment. I think the waiters should be more professional. They also brought us water. It would have been better not to bring it at all. You can see for yourself that the bottle is dirty and the water smells like bleach. The building itself is beautiful. It’s also beautiful inside, but as I understand it, they didn’t even pay attention to the fact that balloons stuck on the ceiling from the day before last, which is essentially unacceptable.I expected that I would see something much better than what I saw. A salad that I could call slop, I didn't even eat everything I tried. A couple of bites. The chicken was terribly cooked.

This place is stunning and a must visit. The decor as you walk in is amazing. The bar area has a domed glass ceiling, absolutely stunning and grand. The portraits over the walls add a feeling of decadence. The drinks are beautifully crafted and gorgeous. Wish we had stayed for food now. The staff are quirky, cheeky, confident and charm ing!
