   The best Thai food you can get delivered in Norwich, the dishes are delicious and a big cut above other takeaways - everything tastes much fresher and high quality. Especially worth trying the curries and the spicy rice! Delivery drivers are always friendly and quick!

   I have ordered two different curry dishes and a Thai sharing platter. The sharing platter tasted quite bad, and only edible thing in it was the rib. To elaborate, I can only describe the taste as being greasy leftover food blobber fries. They all had only one flavour, the old darkened grease. Complete waste of money. The curries on the other hand were good. The portions are quite big as well, which I quite liked. Other than the disappointment I had with the sharing platter it’s overall nice takeaway. I am begging you, please fix your sharing platter, it is actually inedible for anyone with a developed palate.

   Great takeaway. Located just outside the city. Parking is limited but there are a few spaces outside and some on the road. We had a chicken pad thai each and they were huge!!! The crackers that come with the food are super tasty too. Very quick service and hot fresh food

   My favorite Thai takeaway. Because I’m celiac I have a hard time eating out, especially Thai food. Take Thai makes most their dishes gluten free and you can’t even tell! My favorite dish is the duck with fried rice, and the banana fritters. Always comes hot when I get it, and very generous portions. Highly recommend.

   Awesome food, working our way thru the menu. so many great dishes to choose from for all tastes, spice and heat levels. Chilli Bomb bombs are to die for. Recommendations have also been spot on.

   Fantastic little takeaway on Dereham Road. Unfortunately I don't live close to it anymore, but I'd recommend anyone to check it out if they're interested in Thai food. They offer loads of different choices and also a really wide array of things for non meat eaters which is refreshing. Service was always really friendly and I never had to wait long for an order. Great!

   We used to love Take Thai but its gone downhill. We ordered plain noodles, two mains and a starter and it came to £44. For this you expect some quality. Unfortunately the crispy beef is pure batter, the pork belly is just pure fat swimming in BBQ sauce and the starter and noodles were bland with weird textures. The sesame toast was a stodgy grey mess that was inedible. (pic attached) Shan't be using them again. Update following Take Thai's reply... I'm sure it's that sort of arrogance as to why it's gone downhill. Well done on your award, the judges must love grey stodge. Update #2 since Take Thai have now edited their reply and I see they have left a more professional one. I'm sorry you dislike my review, its just honest. I didn't take any other photos of the food as I don't tend to do that. I only had that one of the very disappointing sesame toast as took it to send to a mate as was shocked by it so happened to have it. We have used Take Thai about 4 times previously and did attempt to speak to someone about it but got fobbed off. I'm sure you can do better than what me & my wife experienced but the whole thing as left (quite literally) a bad taste in out mouths so we won't be using you again which I'm sure you're not bothered about. With regards the updates, I am merely replying to your comments. How is it that you can keep replying but we can't? We did contact you the night in question so not sure why you mention we should have done that as we did. (confusing) Maybe at some point in the future, we'll give you another try when the dust has settled, and if it is better then I will of course change my review but at the moment it still stands. I only replied the first time as all you wrote was, "We didn't get voted best takeaway for nothing". Which I didn't think help diffuse the situation.

   We once collected our food, got all the way home (10 minute journey) to find out that they hadn't included some of the order, they were not very apologetic and made us come back to get it.. Have them the benefit of the doubt and tried it again later, but we were given raw batter.. I have tried to use the online messaging service 3 times but have had no luck in getting a response. *update* Once again Take Thai has failed to impress. I emailed the email address given to me in your reply over 3 weeks ago and still have heard nothing. This really isn't on as we were served RAW batter. Definitely would NOT recommend using this takeaway, The House Thai takeaway is much better. *update 2* I have emailed you on several occasions. This complaint is genuine, how kind of you to accuse me of it not being so. Although looking through your reviews you have had a lot of negative ones lately so maybe this is why you try to falsify them. Please find attached the photos of the raw batter (There was more than one of the tempura with raw batter but I only took it of these ones), for World to now see. As well as the "large" tub of satay sauce I was promised after having to drive back and collect this after you forgot it in my order whilst offering me nothing else. :) P.S I can even add the time stamps of the photos so you can't say they're false?
