   Stopped for coffee and cake at the lemon tree cafe on a short visit to Wymondham, great find, great coffee and Chai latte and good selection of delicious cakes. Would visit again if in the area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you

   Came into Wymondham as my wife was attending an event, so thought i would pop in for a coffee whilst i waited. I initially went inside & asked if it was table service & was advised it was, so told the young woman on the till i would be outside & went & sat down to wait. And wait i did! And wait. And wait. And wait. I arrived at 1055 & still hadn't been greeted by 1120, despite the server walking past on at least 5 occasions. It was at this point that the penny started to drop that i probably wasn't going to get a coffee after all. Ariel (my dog) & I finally gave up at 1125 as the time it would've taken to order a drink, have the drink made, drink the drink & still have time to collect my wife would've been far too long. I haven't commented upon food or atmosphere as i didn't experience either, I just waited. A lot. I have no idea how this place has 4.4 out of 5 stars, it appears the staff have no idea what on Earth they're doing or how to actually provide table service. In the end, I headed for Costa. Well done Lemon Tree. Way to rep for the independents.

   We love the lemon tree! The staff is kind, the food is good standard lunch and breakfast fare, and it's a very friendly atmosphere! It gets 5 stars for being exactly what you're hoping for when you come to a place like this.

   Only dropped by for a Cortado coffee, hot chocolate and a rocky road cake. Great friendly staff. Plenty of interesting items on the menu and black board. Cakes are big and delicious. Starts to get busy around 11am.

   The Lemon Tree always provides a friendly prompt service with tasty food and beverages. The cakes look good too although I have yet to try one! The premises are small so it's best to book a table to avoid disappointment.

   Lovely cafe, delicious food & friendly staff! I’ve been in here many times over the years, there’s always an abundance of choices including veggie options and large variety of hot and cold drinks - even lovely fruit smoothies. Popped in here on a Tuesday afternoon, it turned out to be much busier inside than expected, but even still our orders were taken relatively quickly considering how many people there were, and food was served timely. I’d happily visit again in future.

   A nice fry up with home made beans. Thought it was perhaps a little dear for what you got, but it tasted nice. Great service. Its a little bijou inside, but is nice and cosy.
