First time we have ordered from Fortune Wok and the food was delicious, delivery was quick and the service was great. We will definitely be using them again and again.
Ordered a few times but recent customer service means I won't again. Missing items from delivery order phoned to ask for the missing items delivered ASAP already waited 90 minutes only to be told 45 minute wait! Why would anyone eat a curry without rice???? Food quality, its not that hard to deshell a prawn should be really easy for people who do it daily. Can't recommend and will make sure my neighbours know of my experience so they can avoid the hassle and poor experience
Half an hour late for delivery. When I called the takeaway the member of staff was rude and hung up on me. When food was finally delivered the beef in the beef curry was disgusting and the sauce was no better. Could of cooked better myself with a mayflower sauce. Chips were like rubber. Crispy chilli beef was good though. All in all really bad service poor quality food rude staff.£30 for 2 people for poor food. Avoid.
The takeaway has recently been taken over, and it is definitely an improvement, lovely staff great food some different dishes on the menu, quite a wait for the food but well worth it.
Hadn't visited in a few years, but still very tasty, with generous portions. Ordered at 5, picked up 20 mins later. Would recommend!
Unfortunately I can’t actually leave a review of the food. We placed an order and was advised that it would be a 70-80 minute wait. 2 hours later I called to see whether our order was on the way and was advised we were next to be delivered to and it would be another 20 minutes. Another 30 minutes passed and I called again to be told the food still wasn’t on its way as the driver was not back. We were told we could have some free drinks as compensation and so just cancelled our order as we would likely have been waiting another 30 minutes for the driver to get back to the restaurant and then come to us. We were given loads of different reasons as to the delay which were all contradictions. Very disappointing and would not recommend.
Food was amazing, but was really delayed. I was told the wait would be 20-30mins so I went to get cash (as they don't accept card payments), I then waited another 30mins on top of the original 30mins before our order was ready. Looks like a bit of a dive inside so some simple decorating would help make it look a but nicer and like I said the food was great!
