Love the food from here, piping hot every single time. Very friendly service from the ladies behind the counter. Never had an issue ordering from here.
Ordered take away. Nearly 2 hours to arrive. When it did arrive all but one dish was inedible. The mixed starter box was all overcooked or? Dried out couldn't tell which and the mixed sweet and sour balls were the same, the outside of them were hard and chewy and the pork and prawns were so hard you couldn't chew them (for transparency the inside of the chicken ones were ok). Requested a refund was offered replacement food. I declined. Was offered partial refund which I also declined but will be requesting from my card provider. WOULD NOT Use again.
Fast delivery, food was very nice and nice size portions. All in all a very enjoyable meal.
Usually the best in town, however not this evening, not sure if they have a new chef, the food wasnt usual standard and my husband was given the wrong meal. Couldn't get through on the phone to rectify the issue. As requested our order number was 4290607
A super takeaway meal delivered on time and hot. Great to be able to order online and fantastic menu with all the usual favourites.
I use these on a regular basis for over 20 years. I understand busy delivery periods but I was blatantly lied to on several occasions on how long my order was going to be to find out after 1hr 40 minutes my order was still going to be another 15 minutes... cold food only offered 10% discount that wouldn't even cover the petrol on the order to go and collect instead of delivered because of their mistake. Ended up cancelling the order and ordering form a different Chinese such a shame
Staff are always friendly, great portion sizes and delicious. No complaints.
Chicken & Noodle soup was fine Chicken Chow Mein was good Friendly people, quick service. I rate it 5/5 stars because the food is great value for money.
This place is awesome very clean and the food is epic very tasty. this is my new favourite Chinese in northampton,,, highly recommend you won’t be disappointed
