Went for a meal yesterday evening . Atmosphere 0 nobody in there it was a Tuesday night very cold no heating on. Felt rushed to order food had starters was told to keep cutlery my friend asked for tap water was given a pint glass no other water offered for the table was charged table service begrudgingly paid it not particularly friendly felt like they just wanted you out. Wouldn't go in there again. However food was very good would definitely get a takeaway.

Awful food! spent £90 here last night the food was so salty all the dishes basically tasted exactly the same no flavour what so ever, the prawn crackers were so grim could tell the oil they used wasn’t clean at all , extremely stingy portions for the money i spent extortionate prices they literally gave 2 tiny little chicken skewers in a huge container with a splash of satay sauce that was meant to be a portion lol, I tried to call up to complain I fully explained my complaint to a perfectly English speaking girl to then be told “ please can you wait one sec” to then get another person on the phone that could barely speak a word of English and then I spent the next 5-10 to minutes trying to get her to understand my complaint and she just couldn’t and I couldn’t understand her adding even more to the frustration I had to hang up in the end as It was pointless, it definitely seemed like a deliberate tactic for people who complained, will never be returning here! I have to say worst Chinese experience I’ve ever had totally unenjoyable for me and the family. DEFINITELY AVOID!

We waited nearly 90mins for food with 4 dishes missing, meaning some of our party had none of their meal. We couldn’t eat together. No apology over the phone when we called. Waited another 40mins for the replacement. The vegetarian food was also contaminated with meat. See photo of chicken found in tofu dish. I have been vegetarian for 8 years and very upset by this. This is all a real shame because the other dishes we did get were very tasty and well made. Some were a bit cold.

Like the food here and while restaurant isn’t the cosiest, used to enjoy the service. More recent times with newer waitress have not been so good, so only providing 3 stars. It’s also generally disappointing they have cut so much out of the buffet menu and offer no flexibility to pay more to do it on non-deal days, even when restaurant is quite empty.

We ordered three mains and three rices, when the order arrived there was only one rice. When we called up they said we didn’t order two of the rices and were not charged for them. I was in the room when my partner ordered and heard him order the rice so this was definitely the restaurants mistake. They refused to do anything to put it right leaving us with only half a meal. We’ve been regular customers for many years but would not return after this.

Went here twice during a long weekend it was that good! I had a Curry which was great and my fiancée had a couple of squid dishes which she said were the best she'd ever had. The chicken and mushroom fried rice is also fantastic!
