Terrible meal. We ate a couple of mouthfuls and threw the lot in the bin. Soggy spring rolls and spongy chicken. Awful taste to the whole lot. Refused to refund as well, very poor

Absolutely disgusted, ordered a takeaway literally tonight, didnt arrive and didnt even get a response and unable to call. Literally theft will soon be speaking to the manager tommorow.
Thought I'd try Chifanla for the first time this evening. Very disappointed. Got fried rice instead of Special Chow Mein. Happy Family was meat-poor and overcooked. Rang to make my opinions known and the best they could offer was 10% discount. I shan't be returning any time soon.
Had a lovely take away from Caister. Ordered again unaware they had moved to Norwich until the order had been processed. Tried to call them and finally got through after about 10 mins. They said they would cancel and refund. Nearly 3 weeks later and we are still waiting for the refund and I am getting no replies to my emails.
