   I have used Golden China for the last 3 or 4 years. The food has generally been good. However over the last year or so, the delivery has taken longer and longer and the food has not been hot. I have given them the benefit of the doubt on several occasions, hoping that the service would improve but it hasn't. This evening I rang at 5.25pm to order a meal for delivery at 7.00pm. I repeated that I didn't want it later than 7pm. The lady who took my order twice told me to hold on (she appeared to be taking someone's order in the shop at the same time). I hung up and tried calling again a couple of minutes later and asked if she would please take my order without telling me to hold. It is now 7.40pm and I am still waiting for my order to be delivered ...... 40 minutes late so far!! Totally unacceptable. I will not be using them again.

   Ordered the green curry and bbq chicken..Mixed starters were cold (collected from takeaway). Thai curry was in a watery, oily "sauce". Couldn't eat it. Layer of oil/grease over the top. No taste whatsoever. Bbq "roast" chicken was neither bbq or roasted. Just red colouring slapped on it. Called to complain.. we have been customers for years. Informed that we should order different dishes next time. No apologies. No offer of a refund. Told to bring the orders in so that the chef could look at them! After a very frustrating conversation I gave up. Waste of money. Due to the terrible attitude and horrible food, just lost 2 regular customers.

   ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Had Chinese food here today and absolutely loved it! The flavors were fresh and authentic, the portions were generous, and the service was warm and welcoming. Everything came out hot and delicious. Definitely my new go-to spot for Chinese food in the area! Highly recommend.

   We had amazing Chinese foods here. Specially, we tried a "Malaysian Rendang Dishes", its delicious! You won‘t be disappointed. They delivered on time and the driver was nice. Highly recommend!

   Absolutely disgraceful food and service. Ordered at 6pm for delivery at 8pm. Turned up at 8:45 and I'm greeted by girls yelling at the delivery woman from the back seat of the car waking my daughter in the process. Firstly they couldn't find my food and then the food itself was horrid. Half missing. Cold and soggy. Will not be ordering there again. Vile
