Ever since this place was taken over by new management we absolutely love the pizzas from here. We always collect as we get the 20inch which is currently Β£14 for collection. It's always fresh and tastes great. Never had a delivery so can't comment on that. We have just given a rival pizza company is hednesford a try as not used them in ages and was so disappointed, we won't divert from pizza pan again.

It was blatantly clear that my food delivery had been messed with. Hash brown clearly pulled out of the burger with a little bit remaining in there. Called and said the driver had obviously messed with the food. They quickly gave the response that I imagine they've told people before: "it can't be our driver, we feed them a free meal!". Then he said, let us know next time you order and I'll "sort you out". This was annoying, but reluctantly I called them again a few weeks later, expecting at LEAST a replacement burger or something. I ordered a pizza. The guy said "I'll make it special for you". When it arrived, all he had done was put cheese stuffing into the pizza crust. Horrible rubbery cheese. Made the pizza worse. So to summarise: their driver messed with my food. They denied it but promised to sort me out next time. They sorted it out by putting unwanted nasty cheese into my pizza crust.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This is the only place I can leave a review, so here goes. I placed an order via Uber Eats, only to find that the delivery was apparently being handled by the restaurant directly β meaning no tracking and zero transparency. I received a call from the driver saying he was βon his way,β and thenβ¦ nothing. The order never arrived. I tried to call the driver back β no answer. Then I phoned the restaurant itself, only to discover it had already closed. I attempted to raise the issue through the Uber Eats app but got nowhere. At first, I was relieved that I hadnβt been charged for the missing food. But five days later, to my disbelief, the payment suddenly left my account β for food I never received! Worse still, because more than 48 hours had passed, Uber Eats essentially shrugged and said there was nothing they could do. Thankfully, my bank was able to reverse the charge, but this level of service is disgraceful. This experience was a total failure from start to finish. No food, no support, no accountability. A complete waste of time and energy β I wouldnβt recommend this place to anyone. If this is how they treat their customers, then itβs not a business that deserves yours.

Pizza was horrific absolute abomination of an attempt to make pizza.. rang the manager he didn't seem to care or want to rectify the situation just offered to look after me on my next order.. sorry son there won't be a next time. sticky stodgy pizza that had to be cut apart and the garlic herb dip not enough to choke an ant.. would have been more satisfying chewing my toe nails

Confused with order there system the one get one one free leaflet is 9.99 for in store collection but Β£18.99 when called in. The lion deal was 3 pizza's for Β£19.99 on there website but when I rang they said they don't do it. Pizza's are great though used to use them alot.

Ordered a delivery on 25th November just before 9pm through Pizza Pans 'app'. Order accepted. Nothing delivered by 10.10pm but the tracking on the app stated it had been, so called the restaurant. Was told no order received quite rudely and bluntly. I asked if anything could be done and again was rudely just told I would need to contact who I ordered through to get a refund, which turns out to be Food Hub. No apology at any point. Its now 6th December and I still have no refund. Food Hub are struggling to get any response or support from Pizza Pan to confirm this was the case despite sending all proof. Will not be ordering from here again, looks like im not the only one recently either...

Ordered off just eat this evening, order was extremely delayed and took nearly 2 hours to arrive from the time I placed the order and it got accepted, was quite disappointed today, last time we ordered the portion sizes were much larger, also states on just eat you get two naan bread and you only get one, I cannot fault the taste of the food it was lovely, the customer service was pretty poor this evening (again previous experience was completely different)

This place does some really nice pizza's, hot and fresh and do 2 for 1 on them. It's the cheap dough type that's a bit soft still when cooked but I like that. The new burgers are nice too. Last order I had though I tried a calzone, ordered it about 9.40 so was one of the last orders, seemed like it had been rushed as on delivery the thicker side of it was still cold inside, like the ingredients were in the fridge, that cold. Tried to call but no answer as they shut at 10. Hopefully it's a one off.
