Food was great and was served promptly, but the service was a little off and the restaurant was super bright and had no background music playing or anything, so it felt far from cosy. I think how the menu is laid out is brilliant, separating meat, food, veggie and vegan dishes was helpful

This was a big disappointment for me. I went to this restaurant with my italian friend from Sardinia. We ordered arancini and parmigiana as starters and we had two pizzas. The presentation of the food was OK. The arancini and Parmigiana were good. The parmigiana was too oily but taste wise it was OK. The pizza was a disaster: we had the Capricciosa and Tony. The Taste was very blend, really very blend .. the dough was kinda dry and either old or wrongly fermented .. man it must have been continue fermenting in the stomach as we both had really hard time digesting the food. So if you pay 80£/2 people no alcohol no dessert and less than average taste of the food, it is not worth it. Maybe other dishes are ok, but this is based on my experience.

Beautifully decorated restaurant. The food was nice but simple. I had the Tagliatelle al funghi, parmigiana and pizza garlic bread with cheese. The Tagliatelle was nice and saucy but could have done with more flavouring. No pepper, Parmesan, chilli flakes were offered when serving the mains. I felt the pizza garlic bread could have had a stronger garlic flavor but was overpowered by oregano. The staff were very slow when paying the bill too. I always like supporting local businesses so if you want a change from the chains I recommend this place.

We enjoyed a really nice dinner here. It was easy to book online and we got seated just before it got really busy in the restaurant. The menu looked great with a lot of seafood dishes, I was a bit hesitant to try the seafood since Cambridge isn't anyway near the sea but the seafood dishes ended up being the best of the night!. We ordered the seafood and meat Arancini out of which the seafood one was hands down better for me. Our mains were the seafood linguine and meat risotto, my partner found the risotto too watery and added quite a bit more parmesan to make it creamy. My seafood linguine was amazing, i don't know if they used a broth but the linguine tasted just like the sea. Delicious! Dessert was the fried pizza dough with Cinnamon sugar which was light and airy. Very tasty. Only thing I would recommend was the restaurant felt like a showroom with all the lights on and everything ramped up to full brightness. A little gentler lighting or even switching off half the bright lights would have helped the atmosphere be a bit more intimate and less like a showroom/laboratory. But otherwise would recommend, Be warned portions are huge so go hungry!

We enjoyed our experience overall: staff was welcoming and nice, although we had to wait for our drinks for a long time. Food was great apart from octopus which in my opinion was undercooked. Also, I didn't like toilets here, not very clean and the hand wash tap will sprinkle you because of its location and the water flaw.

The food here is delicious! They have a big selection of things to choose from and all reasonably priced. I would particularly recommend the Norma pizza - the aubergine on it was so crisp and tasty. Would be nice to see the interior decor be changed up a bit to make it feel more its own place (it’s quite similar to the restaurant that was here before), but still has a nice atmosphere regardless.

Very good food with large tasty portions. The staff was very helpful, everything we needed was immediately there to help and serve us. the store does not have parking very close so you have to look for it well around. The environment and the decor, nice but not something special. But at the end of the day food is what counts and believe me it will compensate you.

Highly authentic family run restaurant, with an extensive menu and generous portions. We had the Ele pizza and the seafood linguine and tiramisu for dessert. Plenty of families eating here with children well catered for. Some of the best Italian food in the city.
